The electricity went off (which because of the siyin country can happen ofcourse) but we had to leave the room and find something else. Other than that its ok. Sadly there was no elevator so if you have heavy bags this may not be the right place.

Location is great, beds were comfy. Staff is friendly.

the beds are crammed in tight. only one bathroom for way too many people and not a clean environment. lockers were worthless

The hosting lady was very rude. There was no water in the hostel when we checked- in but the host only told us about this after we paid for our stay. The bed was too uncomfortable. The washrooms were not clean. The bathroom was not clean, there was no body shower inside plus the door lock was jammed. The hostel does not have a good ventilation system, thats why there was always some bad odour coming from the lobby and the kitchen. There was also a hole in the door of our room…..hole big enough for somebody from the outside to peep in. The hostel doesn’t even provide free slippers, it charges 20UAH for the one time use flip-flops. The pictures they have put on the site are very old, it is all a trap, the place is nothing like what somebody will expect after seeing the photos. Really disappointed.

Not really accessible for pushchairs or strollers. The hostel itself is on the second floor. The is no elevator or ramp, which is why be ready to drag everything upstairs. The reception girl, who was very friendly and helpful, volunteered to help with our stuff.

It’s not far from the center. There is a private room, which is suitable for a family.

I booked a bunk bed as other accommodations could not accept check-in already due to late night, around 11 p.m. So, this accommodation could accept our sudden booking, and the receptionist was nice and gave us slippers for free. well-defined and managed accommodation. (there is a small dog at reception)

The manager came into the room to chat and is talking loudly and laughing. This is disrespectful to travelers seeking peace and quiet. She plays music loudly on her phone while I'm having dinner nearby. We don't feel welcome. Even in the evening she returns to the shared room as if she were alone. You have to speak quietly and show respect. Only one shower and one sink for 20 people. The manager gave me a reprimand for a piece of cabbage left in the sink when I was just starting to eat dinner. It's disrespectful to speak like this to customers who are about to dine. In addition, there were already pieces of vegetables in the sink, I was thinking of cleaning up after my meal but the person felt welcome to give me a thought. The front door creaks very violently, you should think about putting grease in the knobs before asking the guests to be perfect, you already have to take care of your house. Put grease in the hinges of the front door. The walls are damaged, the paintings need to be redone. Once seated you find yourself with plaster on your pants at knee level. Before asking to pick up a cabbage leaf you have to take care of the creaking door and the crumbling plaster. The manager is on your back, she observes you and waits for the slightest failure to make you think, never seen that. When we receive guests we take care of cleaning, they are not used to the place so yes it is up to the host to do more, that is how it is. Nice person beyond that. The price is good for one night.

the staff and residents were talking very loudly both day and night, so it was not possible to relax in this hostel after the trip. Good thing we rented for 1 night. the furniture is dirty, the sofa and pillows are stained, it is not possible to lie on the mattress, something presses in the back in all areas.
