The only area for improvement, in my opinion, would be the room's cleanliness. I understand we chose the "pet-friendly" option, but the carpet could have been cleaner. It’s not a major issue, just something to consider for future improvements. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

It was very noisy. There were many children who cried in the hallway and I was without sleeping every morning.Also very noisy was in the Spa area, children constantly spray water and do not allow to enjoy the rest

The hotel offers a lot excellent amenities, including a refreshing pool and a fantastic restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a wonderful place to stay. The manager promptly resolved any issues I encountered. I, my spouse, and friends stayed in this hotel a few times during the last three years, and everything was fine. At least it was a good place for that price.

Late sauna start time (afternoon). // 1 Negative experience happened even though this was not the first time in the hotel. Everything was fine, but an issue happened I'd like to highlight. One day we swapped the room and asked reception to move our bags when the room was ready. Unfortunately, I left EarPods in the pocket of my bathrobe. When I notified reception about the issue, he told me that the maid didn't find anything and the bathrobes were moved to the cleaning service. I tracked the device in the FindMy app, and it was in a hotel at 8 pm and the next day 20 min walk from it. 2 hotel workers tried to help me and go to that location to identify the device, but EarPods were not found. So to summarize all of the above: Many thanks to the hotel workers who tried to help me. It's precious. Also, despite the fact that I understand this is a personal mistake but I think it's a risk for the hotel. And if this is a mistake of a cleaning service, then the hotel should change it. After two happy days in a hotel, my girlfriend and I have a negative experience.

I would have liked to have an extra blanket.

The hotel is brand new - just about 2 years old. So everything is modern and new there. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and polite. The included breakfast had lots of dishes. The location of the hotel is just beside the skilift number 1 - very convenient! The hotel has free pool with quite warm water plus sauna and roman bath. And they let us check in 2 hours earlier and check out 2 hours later - for free!

We just enjoyed the time in the Ribas hotel.Breakfast was great, spa - excellent, everything is near the hotel. The staff is very attentive and polite. We would be happy to come again to this hotel. Recommend

Nothing, all was amazing!

This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of Bukovel. The hotel itself is great, new, and stylish. The food and breakfasts are tasty. The location is just perfect — 2-3 minutes to the shops, restaurants (like Hrybova Hata), 1st slope for skiing. We were checking out early (6AM), and the staff even packed food boxes for us so that we could have breakfast later. They are so nice 😊

The territory is small. I would love to have a nice backyard. And a children's playground. And the view from one window wasn't nice. Overlooking the other hotel.

The service first. It was exceptional. I have never had such a service experience before. The cleaning would come every day.The design is so up to date and convenient. The stuff is sincerely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were varied and good quality. Different types of fruit, pastry, protein, vegetables. Everything was fresh and delicious. The Spa was clean, not crowded and beautifully designed. You could see the fur-trees from jacuzzi. It felt amazing.

It was too hot in the room, we tried to decrease the temperature on the AC control but it would not go down below 26 degrees which is not a comfortable temperature to live and sleep in. The smell in the bathroom was not so pleasant.

Nice and tasty breakfast choices, comfy bed and attentive staff, the receptionist even offered to help park the car for other guests. The location is ok, the hotel has its own dedicated spot in the Bukovel parking lot across the road. Didn’t have time to use the spa unfortunately.

Avoid side-facing rooms - there’s a children entertainment center with loud music and lots of children’s scream and noise

breakfast was poor and not delicious. The view was on the wall with advertisement, the outside lightning of the hotel was to bright and didn't let us sleep properly. The carpet in the room was dirty, was not okay for us to walk barefoot in the room.

Jacuzzi is SPA is very old and absolutely useless. Breakfast is just OK when coffee is undrinkable, I bet you would expect a good coffee in the morning. Restaurant food is below average.

Great location and parking across the street, staff is helpful, new and clean premises. Junior Suite location is superb, balcony takes you to big veranda that's connected with SPA.
