We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyAll is well as it is. You also have to take into account the ratio price-quality . we are not going to ask a structure that offers you accommodation at this price the provide thé impossible
as for breakfast, you need a little more variation. no choice, the buffet is meager. a variety of tea for example, cheese, different types of bread, why not homemade bread? cornflakes, honey, being in Africa, we can offer juices of different types of fruits.

South AfricaI was robbed in this hotel. I left my room locked and when I returned my laptop, expensive camera cash and other items where missing. Some of my things where discovered in the room across the hall but the hotel did not keep proper records of that guest. No CCTV. When I reported the incident that night manager just scoffed and refused to help me or even call the police. On top of that there was a noisy church next door carrying on all night and I got no sleep at all! What a horrible experience.
