United KingdomLighting in the room was poor and it was difficult to work in the room as a result. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room would have been welcomed. Proper coffee at breakfast would also be welcome without having to ask a waitress to fetch one especially from the bar - otherwise instant granules were the only option.
The hotel is quiet, comfortable and very clean. The staff were all welcoming and friendly - special mention to Gloria in Reception who was very helpful. Facilities in the room were generally very good.

CanadaI had various complaints, starting with management. Every time I had a complaint, such as excessive noise in the early morning (staff moving furniture at 6am), they would claim to fix it but they would ignore it. During my 5 week stay this happened 5 times. Second, when the power went out, they did not want to turn on the generator, but instead preferred for Uganda's electricity grid to come back, which caused the lights to scream loudly in my room - again ignored.
The staff were amazing - went overboard.

GermanyThe place needs to be taken care of . it is not dirty. It's just overused and not looked after . The mattres are hard as a rock, and so are the pillows . Breakfast can not be called such a thing. For me, it was a convenient one night but I would not stay here again. With some renovation, it could be much, much better

CroatiaWi-fi in hotel stopped working for few hours on one night, but was fixed promptly in early morning. Sink was clogged upon arrival, but was also promptly fixed on request.
Bed is comfortable, shower is good, staff is ready to solve any requests. Breakfast is okay, although you can't expect wonders because it's not 5 star hotel. Location is good, close to city center and most tourist attractions around city. Hotel provides great value for money.
