    “We loved the cool desert vibes and decor of this little house. The space functioned well, and the location was very good for exploring the Joshua tree area. When supplies were missing, Homestead Modern answered our calls and had these provided. The hot tub was a real treat after a hike and / or a long drive. The dishwasher needed anchoring into cabinetry, and there was a bit of a musty smell to the place, but otherwise, it's a real winner.”

    “Basic but clean and comfortable. Only stayed for one night in way from LAX to Phoenix, but TV had plenty of channels, WiFi was limited, road noise and hear people walking on floor above. Quick check in and very comfortable large bed. Fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Room quite hot even at end of March and AC very old and loud. Excellent shower and plenty of towels.”

    “The Raven House was the perfect location for our trip to Joshua Tree - it is beautifully furnished, in great surroundings and has everything you could possibly need. We felt totally at home, and Hilary and Bob were the perfect hosts, with great recommendations for what to do, where to eat etc. We loved sitting outside by the firepit watching the stars. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again in the future.”
