Water pressure

The location was great. Close to Penn station and the subway that ran to Central Park. Lots of restaurants close by. Close to Broadway and off-Broadway shows. Nice Irish pub next door.

The one guy with the puffy man bun recommendation for breakfast. He needs to be more hospitable with recommendations. Trying to gate-keep restaurants in a era restaurants needs more help than ever. Other than that no problems besides no natural light in my room but it's ok.

Location is amazing the staff every the guy with the fuzzy man bun was great.

Rugs were very worn with holes. Furniture was very old and chipped or worn away in places. You could hear music from the pub downstairs inside our room.

We didn’t have any daylight and it was a very small room, but as I said good enough for one night.

We had issues with picking up our truck from the garage, they tried to over charge us but we explained we had stayed at the hotel (even though we had the validation from the hotel) and were finally charged the correct rate.

The room was bigger than expected, super modern and very clean. The location to everything was perfect for the plans we had (we were in town for a show).

Very tiny room. No walking space. Bathroom shower needs a door. Bathroom door handle fell off. Very drafty.

Even set to OFF the AC never stopped. So, it was noisy all the night. My view from the window was a wall.

Super friendly staff. Excellent location. The room was small but enough space for one night stay. Bathroom was nice with a hand shower which was a great plus. I was alone so the bed (double) was enough for me but normally I would define it as a 1,5 persons bed.

We didn't manage to get breakfast as we was out early morning every morning. Staff in hotel and bar were really friendly . Amazing place . Location perfect . Wish it would off been clear about the deposit they take when you arrive .

The hotel was fine. I didn't like the fact the room wasn't made up everyday. I do not recall being told that it would only be cleaned every other day. I guess it was fine.

We didn’t get housekeeping daily and that was an issue because our sink had a leak and we needed the towels to sop up the water.

Rooms were tiny. The first room had the bed against the wall and there was no room to walk around. I could not open my bag flat on the floor because it would not fit. I complained and they moved us the next day, to a slightly bigger room but the mattress was so sunken in you could barely get out of bed. The bathrooms were also tiny but the second one was OK. Heating was unreliable and completely unrelated to the number on the thermostat, but at least it worked in the second room. (It did not in the first room). Some lights in both rooms did not work. Fridge did not work in the second room, and there wasn't one in the first room (No space I guess). No natural light in either room -there were windows but they looked onto a very close brick wall. Listing photos were deceptive in terms of room size and condition. If this was in any other location no one should stay here at half the price

Friendly staff. Fantastic location just off Times Square. Recent bathroom renovations were nice. Convenient Irish pub downstairs if you like black pudding. (It was certainly a part of a lot of the breakfast items)

My boyfriend and I got there a couple of hours earlier than check-in and we asked for an early check-in and they said it was a $50 charge. There is a pub right under the rooms so I couldn't sleep until the live music stopped at 1:30 AM (I was on the second floor). The bed was a little too soft for my liking.

the staff was very nice. the room was an ok size not big but not tiny. The hotel is located right in Times Square so it's pretty easy to get around.

The rooms were a lot smaller than expected. This didn't bother me, as I was only staying for one night. Even if I was staying longer, I don't think I would care because I am only in the room for a short amount of time in the day. We also didn't have hot running water in the sink. The nozzle didn't work.

It is a great location in the heart of Times Square. It made it easy to access Subways and landmarks nearby. The pub served breakfast, but my boyfriend and I did not get it.
