Having stayed in NYC a few times this spot is refreshing for the room size. Located right in Chinatown is great for me as I like to walk and explore. Staff are super helpful

Coffee / tea possibilities in the room would have been nice. Being closer to a subway line would have been even more ideal, but it is relatively close to Soho, LES, Chinatown, etc so what's to complain about?

Great property! Well kept; friendly staff; nice big room. I got lucky with an extraordinary view of uptown Manhattan. Nice and quiet with a lovely bathroom and big shower! Big bed. They changed the sheets daily (the housekeeper was a very kind woman). I always trust the Joie de Vivre brand. Loved my stay here!

Our stay at Hotel 50 Bowery was very enjoyable. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome. The staff were incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine kindness and local knowledge made us feel truly welcomed. Our room was clean, well-designed, and comfortable, with nice views of the city. The location in the Bowery district was convenient for exploring the surrounding neighborhoods, particularly Chinatown and the Lower East Side. The accessibility to various subway lines made getting around Manhattan easy. Overall, we had a positive experience at Hotel 50 Bowery and would recommend it to those looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel in Manhattan.

The lighting in the room was very low. We had our make up artist come to prepare for the fashion show but we struggled with the lighting.

I have never experienced such amazing customer service before at a hotel and especially in NY! The staff was polite, friendly and fast to assist when needed. We asked for an iron and when we got back to the room it was there, we asked for an additional robe and as expected it was taken to us within minutes! This quality of care was amazing.

Convenience for exploring Chinatown & Mahattan bridge by foot. And it takes about 15-20 mins to the vessel or financial tower. Highly recommend for those who don't like a lot noise.

The only complaint we had was the rooms were very hot! We did notify the staff though & they gave us a reduction in price. Actual hotel was great.

Modern & clean decor. We especially liked the location as away from the hugely busy area of Times Sq but still plenty of lovely places to explore by foot. The rooftop bar had incredible views! Simply amazing!

Not much. One of our two rooms seemed to have some issues with temperature regulation (the room ran a bit too warm) until the last day. But that's not the worst thing in the winter--otherwise there was nothing to not like!

Super welcoming staff, quick service, very clean and modern rooms, hot showers with good pressure and an excellent location in the middle of bustling Chinatown. We'll be staying here again!

Could be for this time of the year, but is not cheap, and don’t like to pay the caution money at the check in, but wait one week for refund.

Close to Chinatown area, and Little Italy, should be an option if you wanna visit different spots in NY. It’s not far from Brooklyn Bridge or event Statue of Liberty. Good breakfast, good treatment, good bedroom.

Allen/Alan was a great manager and Riley provided excellent service. The location was amazing. The room was great. All the staff was so kind and helpful. Great views as well. We came around the holidays and really enjoyed the atmosphere.

The towels are very small. Not much storage space in room,could do with a few more hooks and shelves. Doesn’t need a great big TV.

Good downtown location. Friendly staff. Room had a great view. Bottle of wine in room for my wife’s birthday was a nice touch.
