United StatesWhen we glanced around everything looked great but once we got into our downstairs bedroom I found cobwebs in the corners of the room at the head of the bed. There were also cobwebs at the front door on the inside by the kitchen cabinets. The flooring in the downstairs bathroom was loose.
We loved the location of the cabin and the bed downstairs was very comfy.

United StatesSteep and narrow roads to cabin. Lot of steps to enter cabin. Could not control the thermostat, it was locked on 72 and we are all hot natured and like it cooler at night.
Very clean and close to town. Plenty of room to spread out. Nicely furnished.

There was no kitchen rag, no trash bags, ants in the bathroom, ants in kitchen, bathroom floor tile, no ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom which made it very hot in the bedroom, the thermostat was locked & couldn't turn it down as 72° is too hot in that cabin & absolutely ridiculous, floors were dirty as we got there, cob webs in rooms & in corners of bath tubs. Didn't realize the long steps were the only way up to the cabin so I didn't like that. The community pool was freezing cold. The spa at the pool was supposed to be hot & it was very cold

I enjoyed the location of this property; it wasn’t too far from town. I really enjoyed the privacy overall. It was quiet and peaceful; made my morning coffee time extra relaxing. My daughters loved the hot tub! Also, loved the layout of the building a lot. Plenty of parking space for us, easy in and out.

United StatesThe cabin definitely needs some maintenance. The thermostat could not be adjusted and it was set to 72° which is hotter than we liked so sleeping wasn’t very comfortable. The upstairs was even hotter. The hot tub smelled like pond water so we couldn’t use it. I had requested before we came to please make sure the hot tub was in good working order because that is one of our favorite things to do while at the cabin. They said they would but did not. When we got there there were no outside lights on and the code they gave us to the door didn’t work so it took about 30 minutes of waiting for them to fix that. The downstairs bathroom tub has mold and looks gross so we didn’t use that one so we used the upstairs bathroom which felt like it was a sauna. Like I said nice place just not up-kept and checkin was unorganized.

United StatesThe hot tub and cover are very old, and this is the first thing that you see as you get to the top of the stairs. The bedrooms each need 2 nightstands and a luggage rack. The bedrooms could also use a small chair. The fluorescent light in the kitchen had no cover on it and the caulking around the tub on the first floor looked dirty and old. Some TLC needs to be done with this cabin.
Very close and convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The beds were very comfortable.

United StatesThe hot tub had not been m serviced. It broke down 2 days into our stay. Technician sent did not have the 50 amp fuse so it had to be ordered and he never returned. Meanwhile with a stagnant hit tub and high 90+ temperatures the porch stunk like an open sewer. Drain flies infested the entire cabin along with ants . The view was zero. It's in a gated community and being it's the first house in the community we felt that was a plus BUT...the Sherwood Forest community management put pad locks on the mechanism to permanently keep gates open this had people knocking on our door for all kinds of reasons. Awful. BBQ grill is covered in grease in and out. Porch has never seen a pressure washer since new. Cob webs all over the place. Housekeeping is a 1 out if 10 here with this management company. Google vacasa ....1.8 satisfaction out of 10. Their customer service is through robo text only, and humans there provide nothing but lup service.
The woods were on top of us so the privacy was natural. The 24 steps to get to the entrance afforded privacy
