How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast was self-serve microwave egg and sausage, but only Styrofoam plates! OJ was watery, but coffee was good.

Our reservation through Booking.com was not in your system even though it was booked 2 and a half months in advance and we received emails from the main office to confirm. Luckily Amy was able to get us in a room although the jacuzzi was not working. Plus bathrooms at main lobby were out of order when we arrived and was told to go to gas station next door. Very bad first impression. Will not stay again.
Location was convenient and price a little better than other places considering it was Homecoming. Unfortunately we happen to be there for a wedding at the wrong time.

Could not lock windows , so made us fell not safe to leave stuff alone in room when we left room for dinner.
Price. Very clean. Place would have been great for the price with the exception of windows lock that looked had been busted in the past and not fixed that just made you wonder if this could be a reoccurring problem.

I recommend as soon as warm days come POWER WASH ALL OF THE SIDEWALKS WITH A GOOD CLEANER,.THEM BLEACH THE CONCRETE SIDEWALKS. THIS WOULD.GIVE A MUCH CLEANER APPERIENCE IMMEDIATELY. ALSO CHANGE OUT THE CARPET IN ROOM 122. I viewed upstairs room which had a stintch but 122 smelled better even though it was a pet room. Cabel was.a.plus. would prefer if Fox business was included on the cabel.
Breakfast was good but I would prefer boiled eggs to powdered eggs. Brand cereal would be good. Raisin brand

Bed sheets had not been changed, and sheet had a stain on it. Sink was also dirty and needed to be washed
Bed comfortable, staff helpful, convenient location, room mostly clean. They gave me clean sheets when I asked about the dirty ones. Breakfast was pretty good for $60 a night!

The room was dirty messed up on the walls. plus they charge an extra hundred dollars it didn't know they should have said on the website for not smoking in the room and I don't smoke

Horrible smell when I used the fan, so I had to keep the a/c off. Thankfully, it wasn't so hot outside and I kept the window open. Also, I booked this room because of the spa jets in the tub, but they didn't work, and the staff knew nothing about them. This is obviously a very outdated place. I didn't expect much because the price was good, but the bathtub issue and air issue were quite bad.
The location was convenient. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good enough. I needed to cancel my last day because of travel changes, and the front desk was kind enough to allow that.

No clock the room I stayed in and been there a lot no usb plug like other rooms had then I got charged on my deposit for two dirty towels and said I had a green mark on the bed sheet that they didn’t want to show me so lost out on 35 dollars for two wash cloths I used to wash ky hands and a sheet they couldn’t show me the so called green mark I left on there just never been like that there not sure new staff r what but that’s only thing I had a problem with other then that good hotel mite stay again not sure will see

We stayed a week and the first 3 or 4 nights we had to have our key cards reset bc they would shut off and we couldn't get in. The breakfast was not the greatest, not much for options. One of the times I had to have my key card reset, I waited at the desk for 10 minutes because the staff were on their phones and not once did they look up until the desk phone rang.
We loved the Jacuzzi tube in our room. When we had problems most staff was willing to help. Location was good.

The wifi stunk. But I have come to expect that from motels these days.
Its right on the interstate highway. This made getting out on the road for a long drive quick and easy.

Tub was damaged. Faucets were really hard to use. Drunk in breakfast area sleeping. Mirowaves old, no juice as machine was out of order. No elevator. Pool out of order, advertised hot tub, but was only in King room.
Bed was comfortable. Pillow was ok.
