They did not provide the room We requested but they said they were 100 percent booked. We did not get enough towels or pillows or blankets and the phone and tv were broken.

We were supposed to get 2 beds. There was 1 and I had to borrow towels and blankets from friends.

For starters: 1) i didnt like the fact that the Starlight was booked when Booking.com said there were rooms available. I get to the property and theres a noter that says i have to check in at the oasis next door 2) the gentlemen said that they were booked on rooms for both hotels and that they were over booked by 50 reservations. I reserved mine week prior 3) i was not the only reservation dealing with this situation

The staff were good. the gentlemen at the reception area was nice he explained that they were over booked and was able to accommodate a stay for the night.

There were no towels in the room, housekeeping must have forgotten to prepare the room properly. At 3:16 AM the occupants in the room next door got into a big loud drunken fight that lasted for one and half hours. The next night when I returned from my day working in the park, my room key won't open my room door, I had to return to the office and have it reactivated, what a real pain.

The staff , receptionist Andrea and the manager is very rude and no make up room for second day . the toilet seat cover is very old and lower than standard heights.

Stayed here overnight with my sister on Sunday night, and we were the only people besides one other car parked at the motel all night. When we checked in there was no one at the front desk at the actual Starlight, so we had to go to the Oasis Hotel next door to check in. The attendant did not give me my ID back which we realized later, and when I went to ask if he had it he acted strange and said "Yeah...no". There were homeless people hanging out at the bottom of the steps of the motel when my sister and I loaded our things into the room, so we were already a bit creeped out. We let this go and went to sleep, but at 11:10pm someone was banging on our door which woke us up. I yelled "Hello?" and the banging stopped, and someone said "Front Desk, Did you get it?" I said, "Get what?" And the person said they had slid my ID under the door which was very strange. We had a landline in our room, so they could have called our room or my cell phone instead of waking us up this late at night. This was very unsettling and we did not feel safe here at all. Do not recommend.

Our first room smelled very strongly of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The staff was able to switch us. We also found a used syringe on the steps leading down to the parking.

Cockroaches and bugs in the room!!! The hotel was wasted as they were doing some kinf of restoration and everything was upside down. No services at all, no front desk, no TV... Don't waste your money in it.
