Thin wall and very close to the road We were not lucky with our neighbours with kids crying and hitting the walls + parents who seems to think TV is a good way to let their baby sleep well up to 3AM

VERY NOISY HOTEL AND HAD A COUPLE OF BUGS CRAWLING ON THE BED WHEN I WOKE UP DURING THE NIGHT. EVERYTIME SOMEBODY USED THE TOILET OR SHOWER IT WAS VERY NOISY

No t v cable . Hot water, contact office by. Phone, good a c , or heat. All lights work. These are basics needs for a good start for a room.

Room has a strange odor, including the bed linens . Although I received a confirmation email that our rooms were next to each other, due to my mom being elderly, wasn’t fulfilled. Overall I probably will not stay there on my next visit Wasn’t offered breakfast, wasn’t told we could go to the hotel next door, as there was a bar and restaurant there, that was available to us.

Breakfast is not free. Extra pillow? Not free. Ice? NOT FREE. I had to reclean my bathroom because it wasn't done correctly. No freaking pool.

Location is ok. Next to a grocery store and another motel with a pool.but no use of the pool allowed.

This was definitely worse than we expected - I spent quite a lot of nights in California that rated 7 and more and were way better than this - this is definitely not 7 and more. The room was overall clean, but wallpaper was coming off of the walls, there were only basic toiletries, the carpet did not feel so clean and neither did the doors and shower. There was such huge gap under the entrance door that we had to put blanket in there so no bugs or even worse would get into our room. For one night you will survive but more would be a disaster.

The location was great though, very close to the Joshua NP visitor center.

Our room smelt of cigarettes, and didn’t feel particularly clean. We didn’t complain simply because we were only staying for one night.

Our check in was easy, and the staff are very pleasant and cheery. The little on-site cafe is good enough, and we were given recommendations for local eateries.

I understand Americas Best and Oasis Hotel are owned by the same person and share the property/parking but I did not exactly care for the behavior of the guests staying at the property next door which shares parking lot next to the pool. At this point I’m not sure if we stayed at the Oasis Hotel or Americas Best.

Plenty of parking and love the outdoor patio and bbq next to the pool.

The toilet wasn't working properly. The bed had bed bugs. I could've used more soap . Could have more info about eating places close by.

There was bugs or something in the room. I got eaten up on my back, two on my neck, one in my ear, and one on my forehead.

Complimentary continental breakfast.

The room was pre-cooled to 72 F. Temperature outside was in the high 90's F. Thank you. The staff was customer friendly and accommodating to requests.

Nonsmoking room should not have reeked of smoke. $10 charge for full maid service, only got towels and soap free. Room was left open when we arrived. Room key did not work, had to wait in 100 plus deegres for 15 min for someone to come to the office to fix the key problem. Cockroach in bathroom. Resteraunt with 10 percent off had very limited menue, none of the 3 dishes we ordered were good. They forgot 1 dinner we had to wait 20 min for that to be brought out.

We had initially given a room which wasn’t cleaned or room serviced. There were no other rooms available in the property and so they upgraded for free to the oasis hotel which was great.

Staff was top notch. Never felt so welcome as we did at this Americas Best. Bottled water and a little Cafe in the lobby. Would recommend to anyone traveling through.

Nothing. No pool but we had no need for it coz we were always out. Few parking spaces but the parking spot in front our room always seemed available.

Though no free breakfast offered, there was breakfast to be purchased & was excellent! Best water pressure of all the 5 hotels we stayed at on this trip! Centrally located for all our needs! Will definitely stay again!
