Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe management is not paying attention to the state of the building. Non-functioning A/C in first room. Barely-functioning A/C in replacement room. Too tired to move to third room. Slow drain in sink. Extremely slow bath drain. Fire alarm going off at 7am due to other guests grilling in parking lot.

United StatesThe room I had needs some maintenance upkeep on it. The bathtub was missing pieces the hand rail thing was out and you could tell. The bath tub also didn’t have a plug to keep water in the bath. One of the hot tubs did not work. They didn’t have any towels out in the pool area.
There’s a pool and hot tubs. The location was perfect for us. I also like that the pool was heated.

United Stateswoke up at 12 at night to water flooding out sink an pouring on to floor. owner requested I wait til someone could look at before giving me a new room. no one arrived promptly after waiting went back to desk and they offered different room upstairs and across motel. since I already had to pack up I informed them I was leaving they still asked if I’d wait in flooded room poor service faulty facilities
