Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe were very much looking forward to a wood burning fireplace. Were very surprised and disappointed to see an electric one. There were only 2 towels at property, took a while to get more. Couldn't find laundry facility or where to dispose of trash. Every other condo I've stayed at in Okemo has washer/dryer in condo.

United StatesBetter communication - The biggest issue was that the lockbox stopped working the day before we left, so we had to leave the room unlocked going out, and left the room unlocked when we checked out. Communicating with the chatbot didn't do much, as we wanted to lockbox fixed so we could lock the door, and we ,never got the missing pillow and bedding the chatbot said we would get. We wanted to talk to a live person, but there was no contact information for a live person.
Good location and everything was nice, except there was no real interaction with someone to correct or resolve a problem.

Perfect on mountain ski in and ski out location located at the best base lodge, so even after stay, car was conveniently located to finish skiing and leave the lodge to the car at the easiest mountain exit, not the Jackson gorge bottleneck.

Perfect Ski-in and out condo conveniently located by the ski lift. Condo was very clean, had all the necessary amenities and accommodated 2 adults and 2 teenagers comfortably. We look forward to booking this condo again in the future!
