Clean and very comfortable room though a little shabby. Good breakfast - fluffy eggs and tasty sausage. Netflix.

Breakfast was less than ideal. The bed I slept in had an indent worn into it from previous guests. The building is a bit of a maze too

The room we were in had a recorded hawk sound outside to scare away the pigeons. It was so loud and all night long. It became really funny after a while but super annoying for 3 days.

The kings size bed was a little hard

Very clean and quiet . Kitchenette was clean with utilities to cook with. Even had a dishwasher! Very comfortable space! Hot tube and pool area was clean and well stocked with towels. Even a work out area!

Breakfast offerings were slim (or ran out with the amount of guests?) Key would not work on the side entrance door and there were some stains on the comforter.

Breakfast was okay. There was a large spot/stain on my floor. I would have liked a place to hang wet towels/washcloth in the shower. Nothing big.

The hotel was clean with large rooms. The staff was friendly. The rooms had some upgrades I have not had at other hotels (nightlight built into the bed, bathroom with integrated light, bathroom fixtures were above average, wooden towel storage was a nice touch).

The staff gave half our group with their room drink coupons for bar and when asked about ours lady had fit saying she was in trouble with owner since people get free drink don’t tip bar staff Went in bar at 1030pm Friday evening was rudely told get out he stopped serving and was closing early bar was full and people still drinking couldn’t even get bottle soda to go. Room smelled badly of pet urine as if previous guest they didn’t attempt clean spots in carpet

Our room was great but unfortunately we lifted the cushion off the relaxing chair as I was looking for my keys and could not believe the amount of trash and dirt underneath it. Obviously the cleaning staff do not vacuum or clean there.

Needs a little upgrading and the towels need to be replaced. They looked like they were 20 years old. Very, very thin and you should get at least 2 towels per person. The bed was also very noisy when you moved. Woke us up many times during the night.

Out of bath soap in dispenser, repairs not completed, breakfast was sad. (Pancake machine didn’t work, no yogurt, no waffles, bread products were so minimal that if there was more than 5 people eating, they had to be continually restocked. Room Card readers on outside door hit and miss, front desk help was not much help

The free drink and the couch in the room were small extras that were appreciated. The bed was perfect - I slept better than I have in a long time.

The chlorine was so strong in the Swimming area it would burn your eyes when you walked in the room. This is before the Ben getting in the water. Our first night there, the evening front desk person was absolutely rude to everyone who walked up to the counter.

Location was convenient. Room was spacious with plenty of amenities.

Staff seemed bothered to be there. Breakfast was terrible, no one on our entire team ate there. Eggs were icky and everything else was dried out. It was not very clean. We didn't have toilet paper, only 1 cup, and 1 towel. Missing chaors and light bulbs. For as expensive as it was compared to others definitely didn't feel like an upgrade.
