The room was filthy. From foul odors to stains on walls, floors and furniture my wife and I were not comfortable at all in the room.

We liked everything about the place!

Very pleasant place to stay. Room spacious and clean. Washer and dryer down the hall if you needed to do laundry. Older establishment but very nicely kept. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Restaurant attached and hot breakfast included.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS TERRIBLE!!!

Nothing! This hotel is very rundown and dirty, the staff is rude and unfriendly, the rooms, hallways, elevators were never cleaned the entire time we were there and the towels and bed linens are disgusting!

The bed linen had lipstick (?) stains on it. The kitchen sink had caked on food. The bathroom sink had shaven hair in it. The bathroom sink was also broken and puddling on the floor. The towels were thin and in tatters. Generally not a clean place.

Hotel was old and needs updating. Room had a master switch which turn off power to whole room, bathroom, and outlets- this caused problems charging phones overnight and using bathroom without lights at night. We were only given 3 towels despite 4 people in our group. The front desk told us that to get more towels we had to trade room towels with housekeeping, but no way to get more than 3. Eventually they gave us a pool towel, but the room should have enough towels for the guest. Front desk was friendly enough, and hotel wasn’t as bad as I expected from reviews but it was definitely not a nice hotel.

The TV didn’t work in our room. There were dirty clothes in the closet. We went down for breakfast and it was very disappointing. We stayed on a Monday night and they said it was because they were waiting on their food order.

Floor was sticky in kitchen area as well as cabinet doors. Pieces of something stuck on the coach. Had to call for bedding for fold out couch even though I had booked for 4 adults, was told oh I think we are out of bedding I will look but no promises she did show up timely but with attitude. Worst thing was the shower very nice 4 head shower but either freezing or scolding zero chance of a decent shower temp My wife loves a hot shower to hot for her even I was surprised but place needs some works

I am not picky but...Upon entering the room, there was a used coffee pod in the table but no coffee, creamer or sweetener and only one coffee cup. Only one glass in the bathroom. The beds creaked with every slight movement. Every time the heater cycles off it would whine waking us up. The lighting in the bathroom went out in the morning and I was not able to shower. When I reported it I was told it was in the maintenance schedule. I was told I should have reported it the night before. We did not get to our room until after 10 pm and the lights worked at that time. I was polite but when I tried to report other issues the desk clerk walked away.

I guess the one good thing I could say was we didn't get bed bugs.

Our first impression as we entered the lobby was that this is a very clean, fresh hotel. The staff were friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was dirty, bed was like cardboard(I prefer firm beds but this was awful). Metal trim around lower right bathroom door was bent out(can catch your legs when going in), handles on night stand missing, all the furniture was crusty stained, and so much more. Mostly I didn’t feel safe. I had just gotten out of the shower and a male housekeeper knocked on the door roughly 30-45 minutes after I checked in. I told him no thank you I don’t need anything. He knocked again said house keeping let me in, I told him no I just got out of the shower and that I would not open the door. He told me yes house keeping open the door. I again told him no and he went away. I feel if I hadn’t deadbolts the door he would have just came in the room whether I told him or not. I was also double charged, but booking.com took came of that. Thank you booking.com

Check-in was easy - staff were friendly. There were lots of choices for the free breakfast, including make-your-own waffles.

Used wash cloth on the bathroom floor, broken smoke detector, used tissue on the living room floor, urine stain on couch, watered-down drinks in the bar, overcharged for a drink without informing me of the higher price before charging my credit card.

The drink ticket provided was a great check. I are at the lounge and the staff and food was wonderful. Rooms were beautiful.
