Its obvious that maintenance of the facility is lacking. While the rooms were clean the carpets are old and dirty, you can't walk around barefoot, most of the electrical outlets did not work, and the dishwasher was not even installed correctly so we were hesitant to use any appliances. The hottub was not functional and halfway full., I would think for the price that more care would be put into the facility

I like the location, off the well traveled path so its quite and relaxing. The front staff and cleaning crew were very friendly

The suite was very dated and not very clean. There was very little furniture and what was there was very uncomfortable. The night stands in the bedrooms were old and worn. There was no place to put clothing except for a small clothes rack in the one bedroom. The rooms had a musty odor. The ceiling in the kitchen had mold spots. The walls had places where drywall needed to be repaired and painted. The kitchen tile had grout that was very dirty. The stove had burnt food in the oven. The air conditioning units were very loud so you had to turn the television up to be able to hear it. The deadbolt lock on the front door was loose. I paid$466 a night and expected at least to have a clean and comfortable place to stay.

The lady at the front desk is absolutely amazing. We came up for Jeep invasion an we decided to take out doors off. Instead of carrying them up to our room she let us put them in conference room. I couldn’t ask for a better staff. See ya next year!!

The stairs were rusty with parts missing. The filter for the pool and hot tub were not secure so my daughter fell through it and nearly went face first down the stairs. Our room was not cleaned. The website said they provided breakfast but that’s apparently only available during the week. Not weekends. While I don’t have an issue with dogs or pets, the walls are thin enough that the small dog down the hall barking all day kept up my kids during nap.

The room was clean and nice. Everything worked as intended. The location was the best part, very close to the strip but far enough back that nothing kept us awake.

Beds, couches, furniture needs updated No available bartenders at pool. Not that I drink much at all, but it would have been nice to have one drink with my family at pool since you are not able to enter with a drink! There use to be chairs outside front doors that were nice while waiting or meeting others. Very stingy with toilet paper.

I love location. It is quiet! Close to downtown. Having 2 bedroom and common area is great Landscape was much nicer than last year.

I wish there was an indoor sitting other than the room.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was quiet. The few items provided for a light breakfast was nice. We enjoyed the reasonably priced golf cart for 3 days during our excursions.

Wish there would have been a continental breakfast and a elevator.

The room and beds were as described in reservation. Loved being close everything but off of the main road. Front desk staff was amazing when we needed help and or suggestions. Also was able to rent golf cart at hotel.

Several things were advertised with the room amenities an hardly any were actually met. There was no breakfast in the morning- "not in season". No indoor swimming pool-"not in season". Couldn't even get ice due to "not in season" we also didn't realize that the fridge unit in our room wasn't working till we were packing to leave. I'd be happy if I got half my refund back.

The beds were at least comfortable and the front desk lady "Jackie" brought us extra pillows upon request

Staff was very rude. There was no elevator and I’m disabled. Golf cart was broken and we couldn’t use it but was not reimbursed.

Beds were very cheap & nauseating...felt every movement, like an old Spring bed from the 70's. Horrible beds, tiny closet size bathroom & shower, old hotel, old carpet, smells of mothballs, but clean rooms & sheets! No microwave, no dressers or chairs to put any clothes or suitcases on.
