Check in process was an absolute mess & not being able to check in until almost an hour after check in time was disappointing considering we traveled 9+ hours to get to our hotel, the parking was also disappointing. Probably would’ve been more willing to drive places if we didn’t have to walk so far to get to the car.

The location of this hotel was everything! Mostly all the activities we did were within walking distance and didn’t have to drive much which was a plus because the only parking is 2 streets over in a parking garage.

A couple of the plug ins didnt work, a light bulb was out in the bathroom, and found a honey bun in the cabinet from the last person that had our room.

The room was awesome. But didn't have an ocean view.

Bed was not comfortable. Elevators were slow.

The room was clean and sanitized. Staff was knowledgeable and handled all issues. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness of common areas. Love the room views beachfront or sunset.

Had to walk across street about 100 yards plus to park in parking garage. but that was understandable. our room was on the street side and noise level was high. It was BIKE WEEK ,lots of motorcycles, Which again is understandable. DO YOUR HOMEWORK ✅. Good thing I had my paperwork. I went through BOOKING.COM and Bayview put $240.00 extra charge on my credit card. with no explanation. After showing them on my Booking.com sheet that IT STATED there is no hidden charges , they took the $240.00 back off my bill. it seems like they have many employees at the front desk and they seem STRESSED I guess because of the workload.Some employees seemed nice while others seemed like “ CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS SHIFT TO BE OVER “ lol When we arrived they had two packets of DECAF COFFEE near coffee pot. We put DO NOT DISTURB sign on door the whole week reason 1. Give the maid a break, We kept our room clean and fixed everything. After seeing them every day , Never did one of them ask DO YOU NEED ANYTHING? like coffee, toilet paper, clean towels or whatever. ✅AND THIS IS THE REASON I LEAVE A NICE TIP OR A CRUMMY TIP 👀 I went to Walmart and bought coffee and dish washing liquid. along with food. They have pots, pans and utensils in the full kitchen but take your own frying pan. they have the old stainless steel fry pan that STICKS. I bought a new frying pan and a plastic spatula. ALL and ALL we would definitely stay here again if I could get it at a reasonable price again.

ocean was right out front, They had a nice indoor pool, water umbrella for kids to get under , small lazy river, Close short walk to boardwalk . Property was clean. We had a Queen Suite, 👉Had a full kitchen which saved us money on going out to eat👈. a washer and dryer in room closet, a wall safe, spacious living area and a nice balcony. WE LIKED OUR ROOM and STAYING HERE. Would of been nicer if we were on the OCEAN VIEW SIDE 😁 But due to economics we did not 😉

I like to sleep with the door close....u can't do that cause no air was coming in the room..... the elevators in the parking deck and hotel needs service.... they move slower then most

The location was ok..... even tho the hotel across the street..... someone got pull over or arrested each day..... the room was a nice size, with a kitchen appliances and washer and dryer in the room

AC did not work the entire time until the night before we left. Refrigerator defrosted and water was all over the floor. Commode ran constantly during our stay.

Lazy river WOULD HAVE BEEN a great relaxation had it not been for the group of nearly 20 people who dominated it each day. Two of the "kids" dunking and splashing and preventing tubes from passing were in their 20's and should have known and acted better.

My only issue was the parking garage being a block away from the motel. And the area where you park to check in/out and unload luggage is terrible. Something needs to be done to help people load and unload there luggage. It was a constant jumble and cluster of people not knowing what's going on.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They were quick to resolve any issues that we had with our room. They all had great customer service and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The room was big and the location was perfect.
