Elevators we're always packed and slow. Had to wait 10 minutes for an elevator with enough space for us.

Condo was dirty , couldn’t control the temperature in the room , refrigerator leaked water , tiny coffee pot, shower curtain didn’t even cover properly, shower water leaked all over the floor, had to keep towels on the floor.

Clothing tags from pervious occupant on floor by trash cans, room is NOT Ocean front and at best a PARTIAL ocean view. No mattress protectors on mattresses and bed closest to wall definitely is at a broken downward angle. Room is warm with AC capped at 72⁰, unless you keep the shades closed and the room dark all day you feel the heat come off the sun in the room.

Location to activities and ease of check in is the only reason this location location received a 6.

It was a bit misleading. I told him I wanted it to Ocean view so when I got there, I was expecting to have a balcony that looked over the ocean instead, I had a balcony that I had to turn my head all the way to the right on the side of my living room, and I got a sliver of the ocean between two build

The front desk check in was smooth and staff was awesome. Valet was awesome and friendly. Maintenance on the other hand, well the lady was rude. The man was pleasant. The lady cut is off while talking and the caught an attitude. I went off then went to find management. She then wanted to laugh and talk and tell me what the mix up was and what was going on. I calmed down and let them fix my room door that was not locking. The rooms are older they need to remodel the hotel. We've been customers there for years but this is our last time staying here.

The location is awesome for walking around. The valet service and pool.

Parking is a block away which makes loading and unloading super inconvenient, Our room was so tiny and beds were small for full/queen. There was not even space to open our suitcases. Room was wiped down, but clearly not cleaned thoroughly. Behind doors, corners, etc were disgusting. Pool is more like an adult splash pad. You can’t actually swim in it.

Enjoyed the location of Bay View. Requested to stay another night and Thomas at the front desk was very accommodating (he needs a raise). House keeping kept us with clean towels, rags, and took out our trash within a timely manner.

The parking garage is a good distance from the hotel, we had to pay for the valet because of our walking disabilities and who wants to walk in a parking garage after dark.

Loved the balcony view and the location near restaurants and the beach front. Our room was quiet. The outside pool was small but still enjoyable.

Not crazy about a parking garage , even though it was directly across the street.. however they did offer valet parking..$25 charge

Absolutely beautiful landscaped grounds . Amazing ocean views from our balcony . There is also a sidewalk that spans the entire length of the ocean . It really was fabulous !

Room was very old, smelled like old smoke, carpets were sticky, not clean, black hair everywhere. When asked housekeeping for new sheets they gave us dirty sheets with blood stains, and laughed when I asked if they could clean our room. Very gross!

We liked that it was on the boardwalk and close to the festival.
