Well I did not receive the room that I booked for this vacation. The halls and elevators reeked of Marijuana. Also there were people that were hopping railings to get into peoples balconies and it had me hesitant to leave my things in my room. Make sure when you are checking out to leave a little earlier due to elevators being congested . Also the elevators in the garage would be a lot faster if both were in working order and not just one.

Great staff, staff was very helpful during my visit. Also nice clean rooms . Staff always happy and helpful.

we got no help from the second we arrived the staff was rude it was not worth $600 for a weekend at the beach, we had no room service the whole time we were there waited over an hour to get on the elevator the pool and lazy river reeked of pee

Our stay was great! Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly and polite. Great location with several walkways to the beach. Very nice feature having a Starbucks on-site with great service as well. We booked the suite and it was so roomy, with a full kitchen and huge bathroom. Vending machines throughout the building was a nice bonus. Pools, hot tub and lazy river were amazing. Can't say enough good things.

Requested blankets for our pull out bed, never received them. Staff unfriendly. VERY limited supplies in the condo. Furniture is all beat up and stained. The bathroom cabinet falling apart looked like heavy water damage done. Housekeeping is a joke. They may hand you towels if you're lucky they do not come in and clean up at all. No point of using the "do not disturb" since they never come into your room. Doors outside say key access, yet never had to use our key to get in. Doors weren't locked. Elevators were horrible! Always always had to wait. The outdoor showers didn't work, only one near the pool did.

Me and my wife had to pack our things in the middle of the night to switch rooms because the AC did'nt work. They only offered two handicap parking at the Hotel. I paid for room linen change per day and it was not done, they just brought towels for my bathroom one of the days of my stay, after i called front desk and requested it. Was not happy with this.

 how immaculate the room was upon arrival. how  generous and very welcoming on the staff that I encountered was. most of all how i had made a mistake with the booking date of trying to stay another night and i had accidentally reserved it for the next day and as soon as the manger had the time she fixed it and allowed me to use the same room again and for the night i needed it. thanks so much

Fair review, I did not have card matched my reservation but card and ID matched as did bank account and booking.com account registration, First Gentleman named Patrick was rude and nasty to my daughter and I. I had gotten married and had name change. A manager named Thomas was very nice to us remedied the situation and saved our vacation! Daughter and I drove 5 hours and Patrick said they were not going to allow us to stay, over a maiden name! Thomas was our hero! Patrick was absolutely nasty to us! I am 50 years old have been traveling and do often a long time! Never had an issue with a name change but also never had ever in all my year have someone so rude! He was doing his job respect that but zero respect for how mean he was! The property is ok, room was clean but was pretty dated, but so are most beach hotels, carpet was worn but not dirty, linens were clean but one bedspread was stained but was clean, lamps were rusted, think just age and humidity, but we saw absolutely zero, no bugs (saw in other reviews) Elevators were not a problem also saw in other reviews There were four elevators not two, as I saw stated in other reviews. Hot tub was sane temp as pool water, not even Luke warm.

I loved the location! Housekeeping staff were very polite, didn’t clean room daily, but personally I prefer they do not. However, they came every single day to bring towels, get dirty ones and take trash. They did ask every day if I needed anything else from them! Loved Starbucks on site! They do have indoor and out door pools but they are very very tiny! Elevators were sufficient. The parking garage is a very short walk, was across the street but extremely close, felt safe was gated and locked, loved that personally! I loved tiled decks! It felt very safe!

When you first pull up to the property it look nice. I thought this was going to be an amazing stay. As you walk in you realize the pool is right where the entrance is so everything is wet, the front desk, hallway and elevator floors are soaked and slippery. At the front desk there’s an area that says coupons and discount come to find out in order to get those perks you have to sign up for a timeshare tour. This is annoying because up and down the boardwalk you will be stoped constantly by these sales people (now they have them right in your hotel). The front desk agent that checked us in had an attitude (no not all of them did, just a few of them). When we finally got to our room I found out real quick that “sunset view” means your facing other buildings. Not a nice view because a lot of the buildings are abandoned. There was rust in the refrigerator and freezer. My bed was broken. When I called to tell the front desk of the broken bed they refused to let me speak with a manager (saying that the manager is never there) which I found odd. So we had no choice but to stay in that room for 3 days. The TVs are the smallest TVs they could make. After our stay from Tuesaday to Friday I unfortunately had to book another night because I lost my credit card and had to wait for an emergency card to be sent to the hotel. When I told the agent about my situation they said there’s nothing they can do and they are overbook an extra night would cost $700. I got online and found several openings for less than the price they were going to charge me and booked the room. So Friday they finally put me in another room because they said the bed in the room I was already in was supposed to be changed a long time ago aka they were already aware the bed was broken and still put us in there. The new room looked a lot better no rust everywhere. The bathroom was horrible, it looked like there was water damage to the floor and bottom of the cabinets.

It was right on the beach and there was a Starbucks located next door.

Not much, that's for sure. This was our first and last time at Bayview resort. I'm not sure how many rooms you have but you definitely don't have enough handicap parking. Three spots are NOT enough. We had to pay to park next to your 3 handicap spots. When we explained our situation to the front desk we were pretty much told it was our problem. NOTHING was offered to accommodate. Suggestion, we should have been offered valet parking but instead we had to park in a parking garage two blocks away it was very difficult with somebody with COPD. The room was so small we had to leave his walker in the hallway. And where's the lazy river that I saw the pictures of it being outside not inside? And of course the elevators were very slow. I had to search for an ice machine that worked half the time we bought ice.
