First of all, I thought I booked a room with an ocean front view. I ended up with a room that had an ocean view room. Secondly, I did not care for the parking arrangements. It was hard for me to walk a block across the street to get my car everytime we wanted to leave the facility. And last, but not least, I found out when I got my credit card statement that I had been charged twice for my room. Bay view did credit my account, but it should have never happened in the first place.

We liked how close we were to the beach. The attractions we attended were within driving distance. The staff was courteous and friendly. The outdoor area behind the motel was fantastic. Nice seating and a great breeze from the ocean.

How I was treated when I got there. When I booked my trip on Booking.com it said “no prepayment needed, pay at the property” By the time I arrived to check in, they had cancelled my reservation because they had been trying for days to charge my card for a prepayment that wasn’t supposed to be needed. The 1st woman was very rude to me about the situation like I did something wrong. The second woman was a lot more helpful. I was in tears and shaking. I have used booking.com plenty of times and have never had this experience or problem. It was very upsetting.

I didn't like that the garage was separate and across a busy street from the hotel.

I loved the Floorplan, the pool amenities, the price, and that it was right on the beach and next too a lot of stuff

The area has started to feel unsafe! There are a lot of homeless, drug addicted people sleeping on the beach, walking the streets,. Etc. maybe some of your money could go into supporting the local problems.

Perfect view. Very nice place to stay. Having a kitchen was very nice. Boardwalk was within walking distance. Beach was right out the door. Great place to stay. When I booked I accidentally chose the sunset view and wanted the ocean view. After checking in and seeing the room I asked if I could change rooms. Front desk lady immediately helped me out and switched me over with no problem. Excellent and helpful staff.

Floors were not very clean throughout the hotel. Our room, especially.

Perfect location with everything we needed in walking distance. Great amenities. Pool & hot tub area were great. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

The room was tiny, the balcony very small and the view of the ocean couldn’t be enjoyed because of all the noise in between the buildings. couldn’t adjust thermostat so very stuffy in the room. Beds were hard as rocks. The street this building is on is fine but right across the street it is very sketchy and that is where the parking garage is. Extremely loud on 4th floor. Hallways smelled of marijuana. Doesn’t seem that the smoking policy includes smoking marijuana. Not a great place for children or if you are looking for a peaceful stay.

Property was right on the boardwalk and so close to the beach.

The rooms were much smaller than expected. Very disappointing. Check in was horrible. The room was booked through Booking, completed by me for my sister on her birthday. I put her down as the guest but the receptionist was very difficult and wouldn't allow her to check in saying the room was in my name. A rep from Booking.com had to call, the rep advised me that the receptionist was also difficult and of very little help but we eventually got her checked in.

The only thing I wished it had was maybe a handicapped lift for pool access or a ramp. My mom is in a wheelchair and loves the pool but they only had stair access.

Everyone was very accommodating. Location on boardwalk. Full kitchen in the condo. Pool area.

Booked a king bed and got 2 full beds. They were very uncomfortable. TV remotes didn't work. TV in living area was broken.
