House keeping was in the room but didn’t take the trash by the door, balcony are no smoking but cigarette butts landed on our balcony. And parking was a bit inconvenient (1 block away and most spots are valet parking). And there was NO table, desk or much counter space.

Oceanfront many pool/ hot tub choices, staff very friendly and kept the place decently clean. I love the fact I never had to call the front desk for towels or anything else for that matter!!

Partner lost his wallet pretty sure in with the towels and not real sure how hard they tried to find it since the head of the cleaning people never even heard about it.

The room was very small with 2 double beds and no extra space.

The pool and hot tubs. The bathroom and balcony were large and pleasant. The staff were friendly. The view and location were perfectly placed for beach and boardwalk activities.

We didnt get an ocean view even tho thats what we paid for. The ac in the room was leaking water. Housekeeping never showed up to refresh our bed or bathroom essentials. The pools definitly could be bigger as it can get croweded. For this being a more higher end resort it should have integrated parking and not have to go 2 blocks over to park. Valet would be very helpful for alot of guests from what i heard.

It was right on the beach and in the heart of myrtle beach itself. There were many eateries and stores/boardwalk near the location. Had a pool and hotub which was a plus. The staff were very nice and greeted us everytime they saw us. We had some issues with check in when we got there but the represenative was really nice and helped us out. The room was decent. The bathroom looked very elagant and the price for the value was great!!

Had a little problem with AC freezing to 65 degrees the first night. Called to ask about why it wouldn't change. They sent maintenance to room. Found out it is shared with another room. And they had it lower than we could stand. Thank you to Mason for explaining and fixing problem.

Parking garage need security guards and need staff with golf cart to take some guess to the hotel..It can be unsafe at night.

The only thing that really bothered me was the fact that the tile floors always seemed to be wet and damp. Other than that the room was nicely decorated and comfortable.

The location was the most important thing for me. I was travelling with two of my sisters who were unable to use any of the facilities, but we were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the ocean .

Our condo had very old furniture and carpeting. Could use an update. Wish the hotel would have had a restaurant. They only had vending machines. The pool was very very small.

Excellent location. Condo spacious. Employees very friendly. Grounds were pretty and well kept. Housekeeping was attentive to see if we needed anything. (Towels toiletries Coffee) We loved having the balcony with ocean view.

We expect our $100 deposit back. We only stayed one night & left our room in excellent condition. The elevators were very slow and it took forever to get on.

The view was excellent. I was surprised by $100 deposit taken at check in. It cam out of our account and 4 days later, it has not been returned. The inside pool was cloudy so we did not get in.

The room location, we had a street view, and the noise at night while trying to sleep was really loud. The loud music from the passing cars we heard everything going on outside. Other than this, we liked our stay. Next time we'll get ocean front.

The furniture in living room very outdated and needed cleaning.

They charge a $49.00 cleaning fee per night we were there Thursday night until Sat morning left at 10:30 am never had cleaning crew in our room whole time we were there charged two days of cleaning for nothing such a rip off!!

The balcony was dirty. I had to clean. It had pigeon poop. The balcony furnitures too were dirty. I had to clean them before we used them. The room was older, and the freezer was broken inside but still worked and the ice machine. The room could use new fridge. The lamp looked old too. I wanted a room overlooking the ocean, our room was toward the back. Have to sit on balcony to see the ocean or in the living room. I did not request it, so I can’t really complain. I thought it would. Next time, will remember to request.

It was on the boardwalk and oceanfront. A plus with a Starbuck at the Bayview, love that. They were great, and drinks were yummy each each time we got them.

The staff’s quality is truly hit or miss. As a whole, I had a horrible time with the staff. Some are incompetent, others just have straight attitudes or no home training to work in the customer service industry, others are lazy. And there are very far and few sweethearts, aka one individual specifically during my stay that was extremely helpful, sweet and deserves a raise.

Location is perfect to be in the midst of everything like the strip and the pier (I like strolling around, buying food, and fishing.) The oceanfront room was actually clean compared to a lot of other resorts, so that’s a plus and would convince me for future stays.
