no bar or snack place, way to many chemicals in the pool area. Great to know that they use them and do their best to keep it clean but the smell was so strong it was burning my eyes. Also the elevators are horrible

,When we got there we had to wait an hour to get our room because it wasn't ready, and when we finally got in the room, there was no toilet paper. Not being one to bother anyone, I went to store to purchase a pack.

our room was small and housekeeping doesn’t make your bed which was unusual to me. Thermostat wasn’t working . Rugs should be vacuumed every day due to sand.

the electors take forever and they sound like they are about to break down. They also don’t clean the pools very often. The bar also waters your drinks down and they taste bad.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. You definitely get your moneys worth.

Please beware if you choose pay at property through booking.com they will still charge your card days before. I was told at property they don't do reserve now pay at property.. because of all the confusion my card was held up with multiple charges ... Also Please be aware of the wording of the room view, if you want a beach front room be sure to choose BEACH FRONT!! Thankfully because of this confusion the property did accommodate us on the second night and it was amazing!!....Lastly I thought for sure it was a smoke free property but our room smelt like cigarettes which wasn't cool but the housekeeping tried their best to get the smell out. Though I didn't like these few things my time was still enjoyable I would stay here again!

The manager Thomas provided amazing customer service and made sure me & my groups needs were met ! The view from second room was amazing beach front ! The property smelt amazing throughout and was in a perfect location to everything. Awesome amenities, and plenty of room to layout. I felt very safe at the property and everything was in walking distance. Good for family's, girls trips or couples . I would definitely stay here again !

i had children with me who weren’t comfortable being on the 15th floor. I also booked an ocean view room. I received a text asking if I liked my room and when I replied to change my room, I didn’t receive anymore texts.

We loved the set up of the room and it was more than enough room for my family. We loved the pool and the direct access to the beach.

I didn't like that some of the rooms were dated. We had to change out the pullout mattress because the one in our room was not exceptable to sleep on. But management did correct the problem 🙄 🤔

No pool outside lounge chairs were to uncomfortable would prefer a pad on them children using hot tub as a swimming pool so no relaxing children fooling around in lazy river
