Staff made excuses regarding blankets that we should have already. Gave one blanket at first for a double room with two beds in it. We could not use the heat room was cold was given the option of a portable heater but never received it.

The beds were super uncomfortable and a lot smaller than expected. It almost felt like I was sleeping in a basement, just how the room was. I think they could use a bit remodeling. The sheets were a bit dirty with stains, and the room had a weird smell to it. You definitely get what you pay for.

It was super close to the beach and boardwalk! It had a pool and the staff were nice.

The bathroom was small! The fridge was gross. There were no sheets, pillows, or clean blankets for the pull out sofa. The floor was dirty and the carpet was coming up. We had a box fan as air conditioning. The TVs didn't work. WIFI was awful. The 2 delivery pamphlets in the room were for restaurants that don't even exist anymore.

I liked that the hotel was so close to the beach and boardwalk. The living room space and kitchen were a great size for my family. Everything else I have to say are dislikes but apparently I need to keep typing to submit this review.

Was told we had to wait but the owner, then told by someone else that we could have gotten us in sooner... put us in a room with a broken sink, dust hanging from filter, holes in wall.. went back and showed him pictures of the room then put us in another room that also had holes in the wall. Bathroom door was hard to open and close and you could see outside under the door to the outside. No hangers in the room, no phone, and the cable was very unclear (snowy) and did not match up to the TV guide in the room. If you wanted room service ( new towels, etc you had to go to front desk and ask.

It just wasn’t clean. I did not see any bugs, but that’s the best I can say for the cleanliness. Everything seemed to be a little dingy all the way up to clearly spotted with dirt/mold. The television did not work nor did the lamp on that wall which leads me to believe that whole outlet is defective. Lastly, this room was 100% a smoking room at some point. It smells like old smoke. The beds are very uncomfortable and not a queen size as advertised.

There was a kitchen which was nice however there was nothing to cook with. No pots, pans or baking sheets. So kind of defeats the purpose of booking a place with a kitchen

Facility needs to be completely remodeled or rebuild and clean . Needs new furniture . Toilets , sinks are low to the ground .. hair and dirt everywhere

Very Nice stuff , helpful, pleasant . Need to tell them big thank you for promptly addressing our requests but only so much they can do in this place . Facility is dirty , everything is broken smells bad and no central AC unit with adjustable features . Your room is connected to other rooms , so smell is horrible . Needs a renovation and be cleaned and scrubbed .Beds are super old and noisy . Uncomfortable . Be ready for a headache next morning probably because of mold . We survived one nigh

Outside, no breakfast, AC barely worked

The first room we were shown was too small and the air didn't work but management was very hospitable and upgraded our room to what I thought I booked to begin with 🤔 definitely needs updating because our upgrade only had a wall unit AC and it was in the bedroom and the 1 box fan didn't cool off the living and dining areas at all... The location was prime they have a clean pool and the price wasn't outrageous. We'd stay there again.

The room was non smoking but it smelt so bad of cigarette smoke and the rook felt damp as if it needed a humidifier! The floors felt wet (the carpet) and the beds! The a.c was not controlled from the room and it was a good 80 degrees in our room but that was better then the 96 it was outside!

It was cheaper and close to the beach!! It had a very nice clean pool as well!

The room had a bad odor, the beds were very hard, the fire detector wasn't hooked up. It was laying on a shelf, no wires even ran for it to be connected to. The dresser had dust all over. The hotel definitely needs upgrades and repairs. Was disappointed that we was told it was ocean front, but actually it wasn't. Ans they also don't have an ice machine on the property.

The pool wasn’t open much. We had to switch rooms in middle of stay bc something was wrong with the key card and we couldn’t get in. The room we was switch to was nicer and looked cleaner but ac didn’t work good. The first rooms toilet did work very good it actually had a plunger in the bathroom. We have stayed there for years and didn’t have any problems. I explained to the staff this and they acted like they didn’t care. Their was food left in the refrigerator and microwave from past guests which should room wasn’t clean well

They have a little a stove top and oven you can use but they don’t have pots and pans. It would a great thing if they had it on hand especially for the people that come from outta town.
