There was no breakfast at all due to remodeling and the ice machine wasn't working! So, breakfast out was an added expense we hadn't planned on!

The room was awesome - quiet, clean and spacious. The new automatic blinds are a great feature!!

It’s didn’t have a much trash bin 🗑 and also thinking if they could’ve a better face soap and hand soap and stuff. Otherwise all okay.

I just loved the lake view from my room that i booked it n I have to updated my room which has a lake view n it’s cost like $80 per day n also little expensive. But I’m so happy n satisfied that i got what i wanted n also my honey too. So, over all I’ve enjoyed the view a lot n also the jacuzzi too. I just loved it 😍

I loved the lake front view along with the full kitchen and everything you need to cook a home meal. We are very satisfied with the customer service from the hotel, everything we needed was received. Pool, hot tub, and sauna was awesome after work and great for family with children. Also the underground parking was awesome for the cold mornings. We will stay there again in the future!

They double charged us and have refused twice to refund the double charge. The property has not been well maintained. Loose doors, broken toilet seat, porch door didn’t latch well, etc

Air conditioner was blasting when we arrived. Temp about 60. Heat was just from a room wall heater with a numbered dial. No thermostat control, so you had to guess how much heat you would get. One of the side lights by the bed kept blinking high and then dim. Just turned it off. The TV was set up wrong so it wouldn't work initially. Figured out the cable was plugged in incorrectly. Breakfast "on the go" cheap." Paper bag to put a muffin, toast, hard boiled cold egg, cereal in.. No space to sit and eat. Had to go and eat in the room on a little table. Room adjacent to pool and kids were yelling, screaming until after 11 pm. Cost including taxes almost $230 for one night, with check in at 4pm at the earliest and checkout at 11pm. The little amenities aren't worth that, even a Saturday night.

Room we stayed in was not worth the money. Air conditioner was too loud and did not have good night sleep.

Location and outside tables are enjoyable to look at the sea.

The room for the price wasn’t adequate. The sink was dirty and the toilet didn’t flush properly. The sign saying how easy it is to tip was completely out of line. What would we tip on? Also we were there two nights and didn’t have maid service. Again what shall I tip, based on maid service?

No room cleaning so if you stay for four days with children the room can get quite grimy. They will refresh your towels upon request, however.

I payed for late check out which was at noon. At 11:00 the tv no longer worked and key card didn’t work. Room wasn’t cleaned or restocked, I had to ask for towels, soap and toilet paper. There were boxes of supplies in the hallway, looked trashy. Hot tub was “under repair” I likely won’t stay there again.

The temperature in the room was too hot even with the heat off and kept climbing. I finally had to open the windows, but as the hotel is right by the hi- way there was a lot of noise.

Bathroom fan was broken, balcony screen door was torn, shower plate was open; water and electric don't go together. Bummed the hot tub was out of order.

Underground parking, proximity to sights, and breakfast was nice the few days we used it. Also actual dishes was nice in the rooms!
