The whiskey lounge is not bar you can’t just go in and have a drink you need to order food

Typical old California hotel in this part of the world. Decor is dated, horrendous art work. Very average breakfast with undrinkable weak coffee. Very expensive for tourists from abroad.

The property is a little dated and would benefit from modernisation, particularly in the rooms. Of most disappointment was the pool. We selected this hotel as it was listed with a heated pool and we really wanted this for our young daughter. She was very unhappy however to learn is was very cold and didn't want to use it. This would have been much better. The higher price is not appropriate based on the pool and the dated feel to the rooms.

The staff were very good. From the ladies on the front desk to the very happy chap clearing breakfast away.

Outdated. Ants all over our room (As soon as we walked in the the first time, was not brought in by our food) and they got all over the food we brought in order to save some money which then ended up costing us more money. Ants were even inside the mini fridge.. I did let the front desk know and they said they were sending maintenance to our room but it did not help or solve the issue. " Its that time of year" is what they told me. The bed is hard as sleeping on a rock.

Very Friendly staff. Nice indoor pool and hot tub, Kid friendly, 30 minute drive to Yosemite south gate. Good wifi and TV options. Breakfast and restaurant are good.

The room especially the bathroom was really dated. The breakfast had eggs, potatoes, bacon, etc. but most of it was not hot. It is hard to eat cold scrambled eggs.

The outdoor areas of the property were really nice, beautiful flowers and trees. The people working there were really nice and helpful.

The room service or cleanliness could use some improvement. I don't like having to ask for full cleaning service every single day. Needed better vacuuming. The carpet was dirty, I would suggest to have it steam cleaned.

Overall I like the natural scenery, staff was nice and friendly, breakfast was good. Staff friendliness was great!

Some idiot left the very high bathroom window open and it took me hours to figure it out and CLIMB up on the bathroom sink to close it. The TV works through the telephone and the APP would not work without a credit card! There was no tea in the room. They apparently think that everyone drinks coffee.

Breakfast was excellent and easily accessible. Setting is beautiful.

The hot water was just warm and not nearly hot enough for a shower. We asked them to turn up the heat and they said that many others had the same issue. Nothing was done to fix it. They said we had a balcony but it was really an outdoor hallway that connected all of the rooms so there was no privacy on it.

It was a comfortable clean room and the staff was nice. We enjoyed the included breakfast that was one of the best that we have had. The grounds were very green and enjoyable.

Was there for 3 nights not once the clean the room set the bed put new towels I know Covid change the industry but this time was bad I always stay in this hotel and love it but not this time

The property was dirty, not sufficiently accomodating - when the room is getting booked for 6 people didn't make sense to keep 2 towels and 2 creams And there wasn't enough cups for all of us to use - very inconvenient

Bed was very comfortable, pillows better than most hotels-was pleasantly surprised by that; plenty of linen/toiletries provided per my group size.
