Our room was right next to the road. We checked in early, and they said they couldn't move us because they were booked. The day before we arrived, the hotel changed from Best Western to Spark by Hilton. We were not notified and never received a confirmation email.

When we booked it stated hot breakfast was included but when we checked in, we were told there is no hot breakfast just a bagel bar. We may not have chosen this hotel to stay here if we knew the breakfast situation.

Remodel not yet completed. Room was not ready for occupation. No microwave. TV instructions not available, and staff not educated on new equipment. 1 chair. Hot breakfast items not available. Paid top dollar. Requested rate adjustment not addressed.

There were renovation works on the first floor, but it wasn't noisy or annoying

While the hotel lobby and hallway seemed to be updated and fresh smelling, our room smelled very musty upon arrival. room 208 Could have been due to older carpets. Fortunately, we could open the 2nd story window a bit and turn on the fan to keep the smell to a minimum.

We liked the spaciousness of the room. Brenda Castillo was excellent at the front desk. While food at the breakfast area was skim it gave you the basics needed and was kept clean.

generally very good value for money. Although it looks a bit old, the room did not smell musty. It was clean and the shower was strong. Perhaps best of all, the Staff.

I don't know if this would even matter, but the room was a bit outdated. This didn't bother me, but I did notice it. There weren't any dishes & utensils available inside the room at the mini kitchen (I had no intent to ever use the mini kitchen). I'm not sure if the staff provides them if i would've asked for them.

This hotel room was very spacious with three double size beds & a mini kitchen (didn't use) available. The staff was very polite. I stayed here because the pricing was good & it was close to Joshua Tree National Park.

The hotel is kinda old, with carpet flors that easily wakes up allergies, kitchen without any utensils, or plater, glases etc.., big american fridge that never stops cooling loud enouth to bother you, broken elevator at arival that did work in the morning (here the recepion person did help us a lot geting our stuff to the room so another heart to her). Bathroom was nice.

We, booked here as a last minute solution after another accomodation wasn't ready after 9 PM in the evening and it was allready dark. We met a really nice person (she) at the reception, whos name I sadly don't remember any more (Brenda?), and she helped us a lot. Breakfast was basic with plastic plates and cutlery, but they did have bacon and scrambled eggs which was enough for me to get me started.

I have a 20 day old gran son and a roach crawl on his arm, my daughter was very upset and wells as I they only gave me $30 discount because I couldn’t move to another 3 bedroom they only had 2 available.

Enjoy the cook on Sunday very people friendly, the staff was friendly and glad 3 bedrooms available when I book overall that the only hotel on the street that look good

Didn’t like the way your website is doesn’t say that there was an up charge for having an pet it says pet friendly but other wise was decent for the 4th of July stay at the last minute of booking a room
