How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There was hardly anything left for the so called BREAKFAST we were in the breakfast aera at 7:30 and it was supposed to last until 9:30

The staff in the early morning talking loud outside my door because something spilled and they had to clean it up.
Didn't see a breakfast. If I did it was only breakfast bars and coffee. Friendly staff. comfortable room.

The pool slide was not available.
Although the pool was not available, it was still a bargain to stay one night. Especially having the extra couch since the two teens dont like to share a bed. The bed was actually the most comfortable of the three hotels we stayed at during our vacation. The air conditioner was quiet and kept the room a constant comfortable temperature...this is a big plus with us all having different tolerance to cold/heat. Front desk staff at checkin was very nice and easy. Didn't sprak with check out staff other than dropping of keys and providing room number. Quiet night to get good sleep to finish our last leg of hours of driving home.

There is nothing I didn't like.
My flight was delayed and I had to spend the night near the airport . Very accommodating people. I am especially grateful for the airport shuttle.

Pool had so much chlorine that you could hardly stand being in the pool area. Rooms were dirty and outdated. Beds were hard as a rock, and the staff was micro managing our 17 year old daughter when she was 5 steps ahead of us heading to the pool. Told her she couldn't hug her friend in the hallway. And life guard on duty freaked out if the kids splashed him while coming down the water slide.

Couldn't open doors without mgt, the rooms STUNK of smoke, and the mgt was not concerned about the kids running and SCREAMING up and down the hall way for hours

There were people going up and down the halls during the evening and running away. keeping my family and I up, also the fire alarm went off at 6 am waking up everyone in the hotel and you could smell burning an none of the employees had a clue what was going on. The first room I rented had lights that didn't work and smelled of mold.

Elevators are slow but what can you do.
I love this place! The staff is absolutely wonderful, especially Rajah. They have a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in every room, so you don't have to pay extra like some places.They do provide breakfast which is from 6-9am. It consists of : DIY Waffles, cereal is frosted flakes and Raisin Bran not the greatest selection but good. Oatmeal, yoghurt, hard boiled eggs, sometimes there are bagels available, but they do have white and wheat sliced bread. The juice selection is: cranberry, orange, and apple juice. They do give you a late checkout,(30 mins) but it does depend on room service staffing. The pool and slide are so much fun! The Jacuzzi is big enough to fit 8 adults comfortably. And it's open late enough (10 pm) to enjoy. All in all one of the best places to stay and their rates are very reasonable for all that they provide. My family loves staying here.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.
Excellent service from the front desk. Our first room had a displeasing odor and when we mentioned it to the nice guy at the desk, he wasted no time in finding us a different room. The breakfast was really good, fresh waffles and biscuits and gravy and the normal complement of cereal and fruit. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub but it was nice and being enjoyed by several families while we were there. Ample parking was available all around the property. We will definitely stay here again.

It was dirty. The power went out for hours in the middle of the night and we were sweating and could not sleep. Pool was dirty. Hair in the bathroom.
