The room was dusty, and the tub needed to be cleaned properly. I used to clean for airbnb's, and this definitely needed some more cleaning done. The bed was very uncomfortable. My poor son could not sleep on the pull as he kept tossing and turning. He said it was like sleeping on springs and that there was no cushioning on the mattress. They were replacing their old carpets, which probably caused the build-up of dust even with that the room should have been checked for cleanliness before we checked in.

The pool was nice.

Horrible service staff not nice breakfast not good there’s nothing to it they didn’t even have coffee in the breakfast room you had to go to the front desk area and the slide was not open just horrible all round

The room was missing the computer table because it was broke. The coffee machine, coffee ice bucket clock ect were also missing.They did move me to another room,

The rooms are not clean… the first room had money left in the desk drawer… we had to wipe the dresser/tv stand down because it was dirty. The glass shelf in the fridge isn’t stable and keeps falling when we put anything on it and it being a small fridge that makes it almost useless. The walls are dirty. The lights next to the beds don’t work… these are things I didn’t want to mention on my post because it is a lot. And I was focusing on the bigger problems. All around I’m not too happy with this experience and if I could afford to switch hotels we would. Kinda sucks because I usually don’t mind super 8. I am down here at the front desk asking for towel and shampoo and or body wash and am being told they don’t have any. Then I said anything we can wash our body’s and hair with and she walks back mumbling something under her breath and then comes back and brings us some towels and says they don’t have any shampoo. I said ok well we can do body wash or anything to wash our hair and body… she walk away and comes back and TOSSES some shampoo and body wash on the counter and said “ there! That’s going to have to do” with a rude ass attitude. I am so livid right now! This is my family’s vacation that we have spent all our money on and want to have a good time and yet we keep getting bad things happening….

Stuff was rude, room was dirty. Room was reserved for 4 people, they put just 2 towels. When asked for extra towels, my grand daughter was told that they don't have clean towels.

Some lights didn't work the drain plug wouldn't stay open so the water wouldn't drain. And the room needs updating like paint and remodeling

Everything. I think the worst part of the nightmare of Wyndham Hotels Super 8 in Central Point Medford, Oregon was the rude, young desk clerk who appeared to be the only staff at this ill-kept, poorly managed property, with loud, slovenly "guests" in a down-scale neighborhood. Our reservation made through booking.com was not honored. The hotel routinely overbooks and then when guests with reservations show up they are turned away, as we were. We slept in our car. I am 81 years old, but not too old to be furious at the treatment we received at this horrible property.

In a way I was glad we didn't stay there. We slept in our car. Hotel was overbooked, so our reservation (through booking.com) was not honored and there were no rooms available after a 12 hour car trip. At 10:30 pm we could not find room in another hotel. We were not offered a room or any recompense and slept in our car. The bathroom in the lobby was filthy and the clientele looked like social service voucher recipients. The desk clerk was rude and unhelpful.

Our toilet was broken. I told the front desk and they said they would send someone. It was until around noon the next day when I asked the front desk again to send someone that it was fixed.

Location is great. costco is right around the corner.. The indoor pool is so much fun. Rooms are clean.

I didn’t like anything about the hotel except the outside looked good. The inside was dark. It had creepy people in it just hanging around and it looked like it was hotel that somebody would go to get high. I didn’t feel safe so I left.

I like that it was close to the airport. Once I got in, I realized that it was a very dark hotel and I did not feel safe, so I did not stay.

Breakfast was minimal, no staff to replenish food Parking in rear, but no door to enter. We had to walk to the front lobby to enter every time. Receptionist was rude, not welcoming. Coffee pot did not work. old soap left in shower from previous people i am disabled, have a service dog and we were put in a room so far way from the front door. I have a hard time walking No safety bars in shower, n3 keenex left in box, dirty floor, clock could not be set for alarm, Tv was unplugged and we had to move the stand overall not up to good standard.

tINY DETAIL only take plastic bag off ceiling smoke alarm and clean the fridge we had smelly pineapple in ours.

The original room had a cigarette smell.
