United StatesOne thing I did not care for was they do not offer a continental breakfast unfortunately. Breakfast was good from restaurant cafe but again a continental breakfast would be nice. Specially to just grab a coffee and a bagel.
The cleanliness was my absolute favorite part in the stay. All questions asked were asked in a timely manner. Loved how parking was very accommodating and they had me park in a great area real close to our room.

The beds very very comfortable and the staff was all very attentive and friendly, both at the desks and in the bar/restaurant. My mother and I stayed here to attend a concert and we were able to walk to/from, which was a huge plus for our trip. It was a bonus that the hotel made Starbucks and had solid breakfast on site.

United StatesI chose this hotel because it said it came with breakfast. When I asked about it, the person said it didn't so I had to pull up my confirmation email that said "Breakfast included." She said well she could give us more vouchers, but she could only give us two and there were three of us in the four-person suite. I explained that if the room only came with breakfast for two of the occupants, it should say so. She finally gave me three but then the breakfast was pretty bad. Powdered eggs and stale pastries was about it.

United Statesone of the rooms, the AC wasn’t working, so front desk called a maintenance guy. The maintenance guy basically said, it was on heater (which I did turn it down but the room didn’t cool down). He said just turn the ac/heater off, and the temperature outdoor is cool, so room will cool down. So yeah, he didn’t fix it, and we just didn’t want to argue and move to a different room, so we just opened the window all night.
