It had a musty smell and my allergies didn't react well with the smell.

It was quiet and for the most part the room was clean. A few stains on the carpet, but over all the room was clean.

Only complaints would be the low lighting and the showers could use some love. They really didn't affect our stay at all.

The resort is in a perfect location for us, a little outside of town but on the road to Millers Ferry. We ended up extending our stay by one night and even though we had to move rooms it worked out perfect, we checked out of our original room right into the new room. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The employees were all awesome.

The room was a little smaller than expected for a family of 4. No table area made it difficult for the kids to eat. We would book a bigger cabin next time.

The beds were very firm. The room was very small for having two beds, but it was okay. We had to go to the office in the morning to get keurig coffee.

We liked that it was like having a little cabin in the country away from town and surrounded by woods. We had parking right out from our porch, though that wasn’t the case for every cabin/room. We loved that there was a centrally located in-ground salt water fenced-in pool that was 3-4 feet deep.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. It was quiet and oh so peaceful. The room was clean, the pool was clean. I would recommend the Bird's Nest Resort to everyone.

Small gravel one way cart lane with no turn around or small space to park the cart off of the lane.

Quiet, Convenient, Cozy little place to spend the night with Exceptional staff, the Convenience of onsite parking and the ability to rent a cart to Cruise the island. Fantastic!

MOLD! Literally everywhere room smelled awful my son did not feel well. Patched holes in the wall. Dirty disgusting bedding. Shower is chipping away while you showered.

They had a decent pool. That’s about it.

Change the mattress please! The walls too thin to hear all the outside noise and even there seems to be holes through the wall because I felt cold wind from outside and many bugs came in at night. The room is tiny and no wiggle room. The refrigerator is right next to the bed, used as a side table, which I never experienced. Noisy and smelly.

The pool was the only thing that we liked.

Not good Wi-Fi. I had something to do for work and was unable to finish it. The hot water in the shower was backwards so we didn’t think we had hot water until we reported it the next day near check out and they said it was backwards
