The noise from the adjacent, separately rented bedroom unit was annoying. The sound of their conversations traveled through the air system and we could hear everything they said. Fortunately, their rental was shorter than ours.

The facility is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Having a washer/dryer on a ski trip is also a bonus in addition to a modern kitchen.

I would have expected for what I paid that I would get housekeeping every day. When I called they said you had to reserve it and when I asked to do so bc my room hadn’t been cleaned in 3 days they said that they were full of reservations and I couldn’t get it cleaned. Never heard of such a thing. Our heat couldn’t be adjusted and there it was very hot. Despite us following instructions on the thermostat it got stuck and couldn’t be repaired. Lastly the handle on our door to get into the room fell off! This left our room exposed and not able to be locked. They did come and fit it right away. Beds were waaaay too soft for my liking.

New updates, great restaurant and the shuttle to the mountain was key! Great amenities like pool, hot tub, game room. Loved the Starbucks on sight. Room was very spacious. Ample closet space and private toilet room. In room washer and dryer which was awesome.

It’s a beautiful resort, friendly staff and excellent food at the hotel restaurant!! We enjoyed having all the amenities of a larger resort yet it felt homey.

It would be good for a bar to be kid friendly for certain times. There are a lot of families visiting but nowhere to sit and have a drink while the kids play, which is common in resorts.

The rooms were fantastic and the beds were comfy. The facilities were great and the food was tasty. We liked the location as it was ~15 minute drive to where we wanted to go each day.

That they don’t clean daily the room, no good coffee at the hotel, only Starbucks, the steam room was closed for the whole week.

The location was great! We enjoyed the pool. The view from our window was wonderful. Very clean and smelled fantastic!

The room was great, however, I would say we were in room 202, but there is only one window with no view. It feels a little bit like a dungeon, because it is pretty dark. A few plants in front of that window would make it more cozy.

There wasn’t enough parking with the construction equipment. However, the front desk staff was very accommodating in doing valet parking for us!

The property was beautiful and clean. We loved the pool and spa amenities. Mia at the front desk was amazing and gave us an amazing upgrade to our room. Friendly staff made the trip all the more enjoyable! 💕

The only issue we had was that we were gone in the middle of the week on a journey to Yellowstone, and no one ever came into our room to clean it while we were gone.

We really loved the room. Nicely appointed with a good view and lots of space. Very comfortable.
