The breakfast was not replenished, the pool was closed (dirty and green), and the carpet in the room was filthy! Our feet were black after walking barefoot in the room.

The staff was friendly, and the location was good.

The pool...green, stagnant, algae actually growing. Out of a horror movie. Disgusting and scary. Overwhelming smells of cleaning solutions throughout hotel, yet very dirty. Our bathroom even had what appeared to be lines of urine sprayed on wall. Gross crunchy carpeting. Exterior door to lobby was broken, allowing access throughout night. Parking lot was extremely dirty. Was the very worst hotel experience ever. Would have left but had already driven 10 hrs and also knew the hassle of getting refund. Was very disappointed and distressed. Payment should be ashamed of including this dump in their group.

Thought original rate was attractive but 20 dollars was tacked on at front desk for our dog. Non refundable.

This place was nasty and not clean, I felt it was not safe for my kids and I immediately went back to the counter to ask for a refund to find me another room. The owners refuse to give me a refund stating that the manager was not there to issue one, but will call me as soon as possible. my kids and I had to check into a different hotel not too far from the one we was originally staying in. They never return my call. I returned again to the location on Saturday they did not give me a refund. She told me once again that she was trying to reach out to the manager to get my refund and steel nothing was done as I was leaving Oklahoma on Sunday to see if the manager was in to get my refund. She said it will be on Monday and they still have not till this day. Return my funds to my account when I never stayed there.

What was there was gross. So we went back to the room told them we are checking out and will not be staying another night. Asked for a check out slip and left. I then called Booking.com to see about a refund of the 2nd day that we wouldn't be there. Then after we left, about 5:00pm that day they charged $95.00 to our credit card!!! Beds, breakfast, staff, cleanliness all horrible. First off, the hotel smells bad. Rude staff. Beds are hard as a rock and full size - not queen size as stated. Pool was green. The toilet was constantly running. The shower was dripping, couldn't get it to totally turn off. The bathroom door handle was loose. Hole in the wall. 3 people staying in the room and they leave us 2 washclothes and towels. The lamp shade and chair need to be disposed of immediately. The room needs to be dusted. Toaster didn't work at breakfast, for the stale bread. Cold eggs and sausage. Just save your money and spend it somewhere else. "Housekeeping" made only one bed?! Tell me how that makes sense. Check out is 11am, they were knocking on the door at 9 am. Definitely not worth the money that was spent.

The bed was hard, walls dirty holes everywhere with bad need of painting, bathroom outdated in our handicap room with no non-slip added to tub. Shower head low in tub (my husband 6'5"). Had to wipe surfaces down before using room. Back entry door left unlocked near our room with duck tape, Furniture in need of replacement or repair. Breakfast area dirty. Dogs allowed on property. Heard barking. Back area with cigarette butts and dirty. Fight in parking lot between male and female as we arrived. Area not great did not feel safe.

Easy access location on Outer Road right off 35. Restaurant close by called Prarie Kitchen open breakfast lunch supper. TV big and worked well. Laundry onsite. Staff pleasant. Breakfast was usual continental. The pool area was not bad but didn't open until 9 am.

They did not have an elevator. Everything had to be carried up 2 flights of stairs. There was an odor in the hallway. We left 2 days early to come home but was still charged for the full 4 nights.

The carpet in our room our room was NASTY! My feet were dirty and black from walking barefoot. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. And the breakfast was hit or miss - gravy was super thick one morning.

The pool was closed the weekend I was there and it was 100 degrees outside. The breakfast was bad. The fridge wasn’t working well. Saturday night there was fight between a man and a woman and Sunday morning other guys came to fight that guy. It was the worst weekend and I regret booking there and will never stay there again or use booking.com.

I booked through Booking.com and it specifically says pay at property. They charged my card Before I arrived and cancelled my reservation because that card was declined that I used just to hold room. I was aware and was using a different card upon arrival. When I called property they said I could have a room but instead of $78 plus taxes it would be $107 plus taxes. We were out of state and had to scramble to find another hotel when rooms were limited because of the event we were going to.

It was absolutely filthy! I have plenty of pictures as proof. Boogers smeared all over the bathroom walls, the headboards were splattered with only God knows what, the furniture was filthy and not wiped down, the coffee maker had a hair on it, the fridge hadn’t been cleaned, there was trash left on the side of one of the beds. Some of the lights and outlets didn’t even work, and the lock on the inside didn’t feel secure at all either. Also, the front desk girl-as I was checking in and gave her my card to pay- took a phone call, and instead of placing them on hold to finish my transaction, had a full conversation and made an entire reservation before continuing to help me.

Staff was terrible. No expression, no smile, hard to understand. Like an unhappy robot. Wouldn't grant a late checkout without paying $15/hour even though the place had numerous empty rooms. Place is really outdated. Desk chair was falling apart. Dark, Dingy, Stinky.
