Charged $100 cash deposit, which I got back and put a $76 hold on my card the night before I checked out also as a deposit on top of the $460 I paid for the room. Then I got charged $20 a day for my pet being with me. They said they would refund the $76 as soon as I checked out, which I've yet to receive back. Why this charge wasn't charged until the last day of my stay, IDK. They also told me my checkout was the night of the 17th, which it wasn't and was gonna make me pay an additional day. Pool was also closed, yet all the water wasn't drained. Would not recommend.

Receptionist spoke very little English. Charged me again for my room so I now have paid for this room twice. Another customer there was also double charged. New charges added after check out. Swimming pool looked like chocolate milk.

They charged me 300 dollars along with the 79.89 that I booked the room for on your website. I book and make a reservation to pay a certain price a deposit is one thing but $300 is out of this world

They have roaches. There are bugs everywhere. The maid only half does her job. She brought us towels and threw them sloppily on the counter and they were basically sitting in the sink. The couch bed is so uncomfortable you cannot sleep on it.

Things appeared to have been updated fairly recent and when you first walk in, it’s cozy and smells nice.

Here's the nastiest place I've ever stayed it was so bad I left there was pee all over the toilet you could tell it hasn't been clean and months I do not recommend this place whatsoever it is absolutely disgusting the air filters have not been changed or cleaned in months nothing is wiped down she hasn't been changed worst experience I have ever had and they didn't even want to give me a refund

The false advertisement online about their rooms and the facility. First room they tried to put us in smelled like urine and had stains on bedding and 3 lights in room weren’t working. Second room bathroom was filthy and disgusting, stains on walls, dirty mirrors. The fridge the room came with smelled awful and had a drink left from a previous guest.

Run down and smelled musky. Beds had wallered out holes where they hadn't been replaced in years. There was nothing left to eat at breakfast time. The pool had about 2 foot of water in it. I won't go back there!

Breakfast was terrible The dining area was very dirty. The trash was not emptied there for two days . The maintenance man came to repair a towel rack, this should have been done prior to occupancy.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. They are crooks. I let them know I would be late check in. Drove all night to get there after car trouble to be told they wouldn’t let me check in. The Super 8 next door is great! Go there

I normally don't like to give bad reviews, but I can't give any other. From check-in it only got worse. The guy that checked me in made me sit in the lobby for 20 minutes. No check-in til 3 pm. The rest of that day was ok. Morning and breakfast. Dried up eggs and no meat. Gravy (no sausage) and biscuits but there weren't any biscuits. Bread for toast but no butter. Orange juice in an open pitcher in the mini fridge. Get back to my room and use the bathroom. Toilet is stopped up!! Called the front desk. Clerk came with a plunger but couldn't fix. She called maintenance. I went out. Returned at 4 PM and it was still out of order. Finally got maintenance at about 5 PM. Next morning still had dried up eggs. Had a waffle but no syrup. Both bottles were empty. No housekeeping the whole 4 days I was there. I had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels. Had to bring my dirty ones to the laundry area to get new ones. Trash can in room was overflowing. I could go on but why bother. Will never be back!!

The location was dusty and my room had dust along with huge ants in the tub and bathroom floor. Bed was uncomfortable and when I went into the bathroom at 3 am I couldn’t stomach it any longer. I packed my bags and left at 3:30am. What a horrible experience!!!
