The only issue we had was some mildew in the room

the hotel is very dated , swimming pool small . there was a smell of dampness as you enter to the rooms.

the location is the selling point in this hotel. the staff are very helpful specially Lily who was attentive and helpful .

Old facility, need improvement i.e. My shower was leaking so making noise of water drops. Washroom basin was crack, carpet need deep cleaning / prefer change. Room curtain were not closing completely so had morning light Last day, room cleaning didn't put soap, towle.

Location : center to every thing. Right next to beach, restaurants, cafes etc Room were decent. Mostly Clean and good

Fantastic location and liked that we could borrow beach chairs and towels. Very polite reception employees and same in the restaurant.

Hotel entrance is through the restuarant / bar area, side door has a tricky sharp incline ramp (injury possible) The Clevelander Hotel & Night club next door which blasts loud music opening to closing (late) getting to sleep was a chore with the music going. (our room was on the Clevelander side)

Great location smack in the middle of the Art Deco District on Ocean Ave. Beach a short walk across the street. Dining, entertainment, action right outside the door step. Daily housekeeping was fantastic !

Elevator wasn’t working properly and the front desk staff on the day we checked it was not helpful at all. The man helping with luggage was the last helpful person on the property.

The location can’t be beaten. The room was large if simple. Although the valet parking was expensive, it was incredibly easy and prompt.

very noisy all night. (Many people reviewed this. We stayed there anyway because we didn't have any issues with sleeping).

Location (central at Ocean Drive, Bus Station, Beach, Sightseeing within walking distance). Free Bike rental at the Hotel. (Chains should be oiled more often- a little bit rusty). Free beach towel. Very good Breakfast. Hotel rate for the location is very good.

The night attendant bang on my door at 4am in the morning saying open without saying who he was scaring me and my wife saying our shower was leaking when he could have called my room first

The loud music which we enjoyed live until 10:30pm was still present in the "quiet" room until almost midnight. Had an early morning flight to catch without much sleep.

Breakfast was very good, only thing lacking was fresh fruit. Entertainment as Live Cuban Music was excellent. Restaurant and drinks were top notch!

Room was large but sparsely furnished. Would have been nice to have a chair or couch in the room. Breakfast was very limited - all carbs.

Location was good if you want to be in the middle of everything, including noise of nightlife. The room was large and very clean. Chairs and towels were provided for the beach.

To get to your room you have to walk to the elevator through an ice cream shop attached to the building.

Location is great. You are able to walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants. Easy to get to from the bus stop.

The breakfast provided by the adjoining building was average. The hot food was always just warm at best. The area for us was too loud and too busy. I would recommend the hotel if you're planning to be in party central and enjoy extremely loud music all around you! Even the place that provided breakfast had loud music playing! We couldn't hear ourselves think
