We were unaware that it was a duplex. There were some cleaning items that should have been attended to. We woke to the neighbors sounds and would not have rented this one if we knew it had joining walls. Checking in and reserving was tedious. We travel a lot and this was the most unique reservation process.

The location was good-just behind campus. It was ready for entry and looks like the pics. The AC worked great.

Pictures on booking made it look like it was on the BSU campus. It is not. It was on a sketchy street near the school. Drunk people walking by all the time. Unit is a duplex which has an adjoining wall. There was a scary man who lives in the other part of the duplex, who was hurting a young woman. There were screams of “help me” coming from the wall. When I called the unit manager, they did not believe me. She also accused me of throwing a 10 person party when it was just me and my daughter checking out the BSU campus to go to school there. She said she saw it from the cameras, which makes it seem like they’re spying on you at this location. Had to call the police out and ended up leaving at 1 AM to go stay at the Town Place Suites Marriott down the street. I highly recommend the TP Marriott location. TP Marriott has free breakfast as well. Unit manager at BSU Playland ended up calling me back that same night saying that she also heard the screams from the video cameras, and it was terrifying. Do not go here. Unsafe. Also, on a sidenote, they make you park on this rock area that has “Do not park” signs everywhere. Very weird. Picture included of police officer coming to the unit. In addition, because I put this response on booking.com, the property owners then claimed that I did $450 worth of damage to the unit, which is completely made up. Do not go here. If you’d like to hear the scary noises coming from this unit through the wall, click on this link. This is not made up. Completely real. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qiy_oYW8ES2KGgvv8V7Up6cI6PYYUE27

It was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a few blocks from BSU.

It was dirty, under the bed was literally covered in dust, the lamps had a layer of dust on them even the tv, the air ducts have never been cleaned, and on top of that the extra bull steps I had to do to get the door code and accepted, I had to sign like 8 different papers and a 250 deposit na this property doesn’t belong on booking. The washer and dryer were around for wwII seen more loads then Mia khalifa

    It was close to downtown

The microwave didn't work - had to move it to another outlet. When in use it flipped the breaker. It took 3 calls to connect with someone to find a key to get to the room and find the breaker. Over 3 hours without lights or air conditioner. The fridge stopped working several times and we had to mop the floor. The shower stopped working Saturday am. I didn't get a shower after that. The can opener is worthless. Bike tires are flat and the tire pump does not work. I feel we deserve a refund of at least something

I got a code to enter the property. There was no breakfast. The house was a perfect size for my brother and me. I appreciated the Boise State items. A very quiet neighborhood. Within walking distances of where we were going.

The bedroom doesn't have an AC, and the AC in the living room might need a service since it wasn't cooling properly.

The house was clean with full facilities. It was a great experience. Thanks to the host for being available whenever needed. I totally recommend this place.
