No wifi connection, could hardly use my phone. Was offered to pay for WiFi rate or a complimentary night which couldn't be used because of availability till July instead of refunding me one of my nights, which makes more sense.

Facilities and keycards did not work for the pool bathroom, and we had to call maintenance for blown fuses because of the hair dryers. King bed was not comfortable and bed frame was very noisy

Unit 16 C, the clothes dryer did not work properly. Supplies were extremely limited for length of stay (5 days, left on day 4) Ran out of toilet paper, body wash, to get new towels you have to trade in dirty ones which is fine but they did not tell me this when I called and requested more. We went out for the day and returned to find no towels were dropped off. Called again and was told to place the dirty ones outside and they would be replaced. Girl brought 3 and said that was all they had available. Extremely load and foul music was blasted from a motorcycle during the evening hours for extended periods ( 1 hour or more). Same motorcycle blasting music returned at 2 AM waking our entire group with loud motor rev and music. Same the next morning at 430 AM. Security was called but could not reach anyone on site. We have stayed there during bike week for the past 4 years and we realize the inconsiderate guest is making his choice. The lack of the staff (security) to do anything about it was not acceptable. The unit was not as clean as we have experienced the last few years either. Time to find a new spot for next year!

The first floor apartments need an elevator. When you are travelling with big heavy cases it makes it hard work when you have to carry them up two flights of stairs. On arrival we asked for help as no ground floor apartments were available and they sent two men straight away, much appreciated. The drier for the laundry was also broken and as soon as wee reported it they sent maintenance round and the machine was changed the following morning. Really good attentive service.

The WiFi was terrible. When I called the front desk about it, I was given the phone number to call the internet provider. I spent an hour on the phone with the provider to be told that the box just needed to be reset. When I called the desk back I was told that the guests do not have access to the box. I basically got nowhere. And I don’t feel like I should have had to spend my vacation time on the phone. It was frustrating to have to use my phone as a hot spot for the whole time.

the rooms could use updating. some of the facilities, like the putt-putt course, are in serious need of upkeep. we had some problems with the lock on our door but it was fixed immediately.

this is a stunning property with tons of natural beauty, like big old-growth trees, water features, and lovely grounds. It is wonderful that the resort is so eco-conscious, with solar panels and other green investments. the pool is incredibly beautiful. our room was huge and comfortable and well-equipped. we loved all the windows in every room, the giant primary bath, the screened porch and the in-room laundry! the staff was friendly and helpful, parking is easy, and wifi was excellent.

Back of the resort is too dark at night; too many sliding glass doors and doors that could be opened from the outside - as a woman staying alone, I was nervous and did not feel particularly safe.

For the price I have no complaints.

We arrived the same day a hurricane came through. Lots of power outages but we experienced only two 30 second outages. The place was clean but old. Well maintained as possible which made the price right. Pool was open and amazing. Lots to do there.

Minor things: - The wall cleanliness could be improved in high traffic areas. - Would love 2 twin beds in the second bedroom instead of a Queen for families travelling with kids and teens.

This is a great little property! The villas are dated inside but quite clean and that matters more to me. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated that they provided extra bedding (like a light comforter) and pool towels. The grounds of the resort are quite picturesque and it's a relaxing area. The pool was a little chilly but it's nice and had a decent number of loungers. Lots of space in the villa. Having laundry is awesome. Good location. You're about 7 min from the beach. Close to St.Augustine - totally recommend you go.

The apartment we stayed in had a broken AC. Having to pack/ move to a different place, along with storm potential, made us choose to cut our trip short.

The condo could have been a little cleaner. I told the staff at checkout how there was hair on the shower walls. The exteriors needed mowing which they were mowing the day we checked out. The putt putt greens were messed up

The floors felt clean, but our feet were nearly black after walking around for just an hour or so. The bed in our units primary bedroom was extremely uncomfortable (and I am the person who can sleep comfortably almost anywhere). We were sad that the waterfall feature was not working at the pool. The hottub was similar temperature to the pool and did not look very clean. The stairs outside of our unit had one uneven step, which did cause each of us to wipe out on the way up at one point or another.

This is my second stay at Legacy. My teens and I love the pool and activitiy room. Rhe pool was sparkling clean. The little nooks around the grounds for relaxing are very cute, and the gym was an added little bonus. The rooms are very spacious and come with necessities to get your stay started off right.
