The entrance and hotel name are not obvious, which took me time to find. The building is poorly maintained.

The front desk has cookies available for customers, the room is very quiet.

The staff and restaurant were great and the place is clean. Pool was nice but I have to say that the facility needs some minor repairs because when you see things that need attention it distracts from your stay. I did meet Matt Marr’s very friendly person.

Door was really hard to open, and that the indoor facilities all closed at 9 for quiet time. Charged for breakfast that is usually included

Nice on the outside. A little outdated but overall pretty nice. Breakfast was subpar, shower in the room leaked and the tub didn't drain well. The pool was nice and the cornhole, mini golf, and connect 4 were a nice touch.

Elevator on my side of hotel out of service and fair distance to go to get to working elevator. I believe it would be nice to let occupants know what the “grand scheme” is for the place. Give us a color rendering of “architect’s concept” of the facility.

Rooms were clean, and very wisely without carpeting, thank you. No carpet is easier to keep clean, and better for people with allergies!

They need to figure out the locks on the doors that go to the outside on the second floor. Also, they could restock their toothbrushes that are usually available for guests that forget theirs.

Was passing through from Arizona to Georgia and needed a place for the night. Had no idea what I was going to get but this place looked like an old 80's or 90's ski resort with cat-walks all inside and a big indoor pool and games. If I was staying there for more than just one night for sleep I would have really loved to hang out there. Clean, very convenient off the highway, friendly people, no hassles.

They should have coffee out in the lobby 24/7! I had to leave at 4 AM and it would have been nice to have some coffee- the machine in my room was hard to figure out. Also, my shower dispenser was out of soap and my bathroom sink shot water horizontally all over the bathroom. Also, maybe getting smart TV’s would improve the experience- there was only cable and no paper guide or even a guide button on the remote so it was very difficult to find something to watch. But overall loved it!

My room and bed were so big! And the inside of the lobby was beautiful.

A small gripe: Breakfast was late by an hour, so a lot of people were waiting. Also, not a good spot to take out dogs to use the restroom, unfortunately. A big gripe: Children were SCREAMING while playing in the area in front of our room for an hour at 745am. Not great.

Very noisy and crowded for most of the evening. Be sure to check out what events are being held there before booking. Cleanup had not happened by the time of breakfast— whole area was a mess. I had “breakfast included” but had to pay anyway.

Very nice comfortable room. Helpful staff. Dog friendly. Good restaurant. Next door to quarter horse museum. Otherwise no place to walk — fronts a busy highway.

Some areas are upgraded and some are under construction. Don’t look too close and you wont notice the lack of attention to the details of the remodel.

Staff was not helpful and the creepy glass door and side panels that had black curtains that barely covered them. Yes, people could peek into the room. Gross.

Room was clean. Couldn’t get the TV to work, and although there were 2 staff members at the desk, she basically said figure it out yourself. The room was sort of creepy with black curtains covering the glass door and large side panels.
