Curtains do not fully cover windows on first floor. Noisy neighborhood-fireworks or gunshots behind property. Had to walk to a different place across the street to check in.

Lipstick on a tired place. Kinda grungy. Filled up with color decs. Hit tub felt a little gritty.

The ability to use facilities at sister hotel were nice. The property pool was decent.

The property needs a refresh. Furniture, flooring, etc are starting to show signs of wear and disrepair. All of the windows have vertical blinds and previous guests have really beat them up. Some are missing slats, some slats won't adjust, It's hard to close them enough where people or light won't come through. Bedding needs an upgrade.

Pool area is nice. It's smaller - under 20 seats around the pool. Well maintained pool and hot tub. Fantastic location. Good parking access. Wifi works well. Plenty of towels, water, etc.

The lack of a sink in the kitchen area. We should have drilled down into the photos to get a better understanding of the kitchen facilities (or lack of).

The location is great for walking around the downtown area. The suite was spacious and clean and although we did not use the pool it was sparkling clean. Complimentary coffee and muffins available in the morning at reception.

Could use some updates on flooring and chipped vanities

It’s walkable to everything in downtown Palm Springs. The pool is heated. The property is pet friendly. There is a kitchenette in the rooms with a fridge microwave and a hot plate

Our room did not meet our standards. The blinds were missing slats, the furniture drawers were scratched and hard to open, the toilet seat was not attached properly, the caulking in the bathroom was cracked and falling off and the shower head flow was very weak. I am hoping they are in the process of remodeling their rooms.

The location was great within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff was also very accessible. We have stayed here several times due to the location.

Although the room was spacious, the bathroom was very bad in need of upgrading. Shower dripped & flooring was warped because of the water dripping on floor The vertical blinds were not adequate to block out the light The house keeper was lovely & I think she was over worked, rooms were not cleaned that well Towels were shabby

During our last night we were woken up by a horrible screeching noise coming from the shower pipes. The shower dripped despite the handle being turned all the way off, and neither this nor the disturbing noise could be stopped. Fixtures and fittings either didn’t work or were very nearly broken, wardrobe door was just completely off its hinge and thus useless.

Perfectly located. BevMo and Azucar restaurant right across the street, less than 10 minute walk to Forever Marilyn statue and rest of downtown. Pool access from the room was perfect for beating the heat and what a stunning backdrop to swim against. Air con was excellent which was essential in 115+. Self catering was a challenge but manageable in the end. Liked the style of the decor even though it has been done on the cheap.

The facilities felt worn out, and the “fresh paint” doesn’t cover its oldness. The bathroom towels were all haggard. The ice machine is a disgrace and I had to walk over go the other sister hotel to get ice - very inconvenient. The so called breakfast was pretty insulting, better say you don’t provide any. The coffee was not only bad, it was tasteless and all the ground pieces were floating in the liquid.

Love the size of the room. Traveled with a friend and we had plenty of space on each side of our twin beds room. Loved the tiny kitchen fridge.

The towels were clean but a little dingy looking. There were elements in the kitchen and bathroom that were a little bit run down but nothing major that would keep me from staying there again.

The location is fantastic! Right in downtown PS. The pool is very clean and well maintained as is the outside of the entire property. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with lots of amenities including a kitchenette with keurig, microwave, hot plate and the necessities needed for cooking. The bed was very comfortable and the room decor is vey nice giving that quintessential 60’s mid century modern vibe.

I didn't like that you had to check-in at the sister hotel across the road and had no one on site at night. No reception.... when I travel alone, I like staying in places that have a reception or have simeone you can call at night if any issues... The pool long chair could be a bit more comfy..
