Having to wait for the room to be ready with a child who has autism. Lack of parking. Prices of rooms changing, very confusing.

$25/day for the privilege of parking on the shoulder of the road at the bottom of the property was ridiculous.

The main water slides were down at the indoor waterpark. My kids weren’t happy about that.

The staff were very unfriendly, the door to my room 516 couldn’t open or close properly without putting a lot of pressure towards it and I had to be up in between of the night because the air condition was not working properly… when I told the staff about it they said they can only refund me the resort fee..which is not fair because I took time off from work to relax and it was so uncomfortable…

I did not get the room I paid for. When we arrived at our room there was water leaking from the refrigerator. All the soaps were empty, including the hand soap!!! We had to pay 25 for parking even though we parked ourselves.

They had many activities on site. The response time to the leak in our room was handled in a timely manner.

Everything was great and organized, and the staff were friendly and attentive, I will definitely come back, also it was my sons birthday and they brought balloons to the room and a birthday card with an arcade gift card.☺️ My kids really enjoyed it.

The cost for parking if you’re a guest at the resort was weird, we’ve stayed at many waterparks and have never had to pay when staying at the lodge or resort. The outdoor beach not included in your resort stay when it should be since they’re conjoined but we knew this in advance. When trying to get into our rooms for the first time none of the room keys worked which caused us to wait over an hour since the customer service desk wait time was that long.

We enjoyed all the children’s activities they provided throughout the day.

When we arrived at 9pm they did not have a room ready for us., check-in begins at 4pm. We had to wait over an hour. When we finally got into the room, and the bedsheets were still wet and there were not enough towels for all four of us in the room. My wife asked one of the cleaning staff that was in the hallway for an extra towel and she said she did not have any extra towels.

The Aquatopia Water park and Arcade were great, the kids had fun. The staff was courteous and friendly.

You can tell that the owners are cutting corners to save money: no water or coffee machine in the room, the only garbage bag wasn’t even on the garbage can, the hallway rugs were old and outdated, the children’s area had several broken parts, the lazy river was closed for part of the day because of staffing issues…

Too far to walk to our room. 10 minute walk from my parking spot to the lobby. Parking sucked!!! Not convenient at all. Especially for senior citizens with walking problems!

I was over charge $100 for my pet, even though he was in the kennel when we were not in the room and was watched when we were. We even cleaned for the vouse keeper! We relieve my dog bed and bowls a day late , only because I remembered he was supposed to receive a goodie bag. THEN, I was told the out door water park was included when staying at the resort, only to find out it wasn't! Disappointed.

It’s a ripoff. There’s a service every where in the property itself, restaurants inside, parking. You have to pay to get into the outdoor water park. I paid $12 for a coffe and a croissant at La colombe cafe.
