The area around the hotel is very noisy. Lots of bars and nightlife all around the property.

Elevator was a few doors down and made an incredibly annoying and loud sound every time someone used it. If we stay again, I'll request a room away from the elevators.

Very loud with several open air bars in the area, popular with University of Texas students. The hotel does provide ear plugs and a white noise machine with every room, and I had no trouble sleeping using the noise machine.

Good location from which to explore the city, it was very clean and the room was comfortable.

Staff were not interested in giving our group a quick info session on the area. Just handed our keys to us and walked off. Not at all friendly.

Fitness center could be better equipped. Location is great but be prepared for the 'partygoers' outside at night (couldn't hear much from my Room).

Huge Room and very clean as well. But lacks a more modern design. Great staff, very friendly and we enjoyed the treats (prosecco at the check in and cookies in the afternoon).

The breakfast was one of the best of any hotel in the US. Complimentary bubbly and drinks/cookies for the kids. Just a great experience overall. Sustainable options for water etc were also great. Cute courtyard area with lights.

The street where the hotel is located gets REALLY crowded on the weekends, so it is a little loud. The events don’t go until too late, but if you can, get a room facing the other side.

Breakfest was amazing, all the staff were extremely nice.

The person at the front desk upon checkout was the opposite, not helpful at all in a request we had to see if we left something in one of the rooms amongst our group. Also a bit disappointed the pool bar was not open on a Longhorn home game weekend.

Location is fantastic, along with the restaurant/bar. I also love the water stations on each floor, instead of using plastic bottles. And the person at front desk who checked us in was very friendly & helpful.

Pool is very small, not suitable for swimming, only a cooling dip. We arrived on a Sunday and there was a DJ playing music at the pool side: very loud, not suitable to sit next to with children. The pool was full of people standing around and having drinks, just to give you an idea on how small and shallow it is. We were not able to go swimming with our kids, as planned. The pool was quiet on Monday; this means there was also no pool bar service. And again, too small for swimming: 2 strokes and you are on the other side.

Location was excellent. Hotel staff are very friendly and service oriented. We had booked a hotel with a view; this option however appeared not available upon check in. We received a discount on the available room. Breakfast was included and was a la carte: very good.

This hotel was wonderful. The lobby was tastefully decorated with an pool table available for use. They had free bikes at the property which we enjoyed. The pool area was also wonderful especially for the Texas heat. The room was comfortable and they provided extra pillows when we requested them. Would highly recommend, this hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants and bars.

Breakfast service could be a bit more attentive. One morning I went for breakfast but it took so long to place my order I left and went to eat somewhere else. Depending on where you need to be, it wasn't the most convenient location.

Stayed at Canopy's before and this one didn't disappoint. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Excellent customer service, despite some small unfortunate hiccups. Very chic and all the amenities Loved the Peloton in the room!
