booking.com description of rooms is poor. a one bedroom for 4 persons means that 2 have to sleep on a couch bed. front desk solved this for us. but description should be changed.

Nice apartments. spacious. literally around the corner of the Navajo seat lift (and a mile away from the other lift: this is not right explained in the hotel description. you are literally at the bottom of the slope). amazing friendly crew at front desk. Ashley and colleague from evening shift night before. you are amazing!

the location was perfect for snowboarding! & the hot tubs at the end of an intense ride was amazing. my family of 5 stayed here comfortably.

I tried to extend one more night and the staff told me to book it on booking.com and they will fix it in the morning so I can stay in my room. unfortunately in the morning my room was booked and the manager Theresa gave me the option to move rooms or check out which was very discouraging to me. so I rearranged my plans and checked out. I was hoping since they told me the day before that they would accommodate me and that is why I decided to stay and then the next morning the manager Theresa was not accommodating. I was very disappointed. The staff member that was very nice and helpful during our stay was Cyndi.

everything closes pretty early. they have a place by check in with water, drinks and snacks, but for some reason it’s under some kind of construction and they wouldn’t sell anything in their fridges there. so there was no where to buy water or anything after 6:00. I don’t like drinking tap water, so it was a little inconvenient. the tv also had about half of their channels not working including all of the kids channels. we didn’t have our kids, so it wasn’t too terrible.

the rooms were beautiful. the pool was amazing. it’s a great location. all of the staff, including the staff in the restaurant were so kind.

The staff is great. They are helpful and ready to be of service. Sometimes a few of the games are shut down, but they have other options and work on getting the activities back up and running.

We come here every year for adventure, it is easy for our family of seven to stay in the grand suites, with a bed for everyone. The kitchen is great for cooking breakfast and reheating up dinner foods. This year we had some food at the restaurant. The staff was helpful and the food was done without a long wait. The have nice underground parking for our minivan with a roof box (2 inches to spar) There is always good snow up here to sled, ski, or just roll around in. We love the amenities- the pool is very fun to hang out in and get warm with snow piles outside the window.d

We decided to cook a meal - while we managed, we found the kitchen to be lacking. There were only two pots - one very large and one very small. We ended up using a large frying pan as an extra pot. The light on the stove did not work which was irritating. And the lights in the ceiling fans were very dim - in this day and age of good, cheap LED bulbs, they need to be upgraded.

We needed two bedrooms and it was nice to find a place that rented out 2 bedroom suites with full kitchen and living room. Having a fireplace in each bedroom was a nice bonus.

Great place-staff were exceptionally nice. Beautiful room. Of course, terrific location, and the aspen leaves were turning as a bonus. Restaurant was superb. Had a nice run at Cedar Breaks leaving the hotel.

Not much to do in the short one night but that’s really not your fault. Not many places to go to eat.

Lovely location, out of season and very good value for money. Pool area was lovely and also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant.
