It was close to Salem! Tht room was clean. First day no wifi, second day no water.. they tried.

It wasn't the cleanest. Like, you could see they surface cleaned and the bed linens were new and clean. But I found a used q tip in the chair and the bath mat looked used

The bathroom didn't have enough towels or washcloths. Otherwise it was good. Access from the road wasn't really good, but you have to blame the state of Massachusetts for that. For whatever reason my credit card was denied so when I got there I had no reservation. It all worked out, but it might not have. I used the denied credit card to pay for the room with no problem, so I don't know what happened there.

My ultimate destination was Marblehead MA but hotels there were really expensive. This place was not unreasonable and OK.

I called the staff a day prior to my arrival and asked if I could check in early. They agreed this was fine. The next day when I came to check in I was told I had to pay an unexpected fee.

I thought the hotel was very cute. I loved the landscaping outside. It was between many of my destinations- Boston Salem etc. And this made things convenient for me during my stay. The room was nice for its value and quiet. I heard nothing but the noise of cars. It was a nice get away and a great place for its price. I had an awesome birthday

Cons's - The refrigerator leaked all over the floor the whole time we were there. We had to put towels down. We told management even showed him, but he just said it was condensation. There was no way that was the reason. Also, they almost insisted coming into our room thinking we were smoking inside. My husband wouldn't let him in stating I was in the bathroom. Now, this whole time our door was open and he could see and smell inside without needing to go in. Oh, they REEAAALLYYY need microwaves in the rooms. Or at least the option to borrow one!!

Pro's - The property, upon arriving, looked cute and clean. The room and bathroom were updated nicely. The room was very nice.

We were woken up by a fireman knocking several times at the door, without stating who he was. Apparently needed to check the smoke detector as somebody activated the alarm. Took only a few seconds.

Staff was a little rude. There were no cleaning supplies like shampoo, conditioner, lotion. There were very few towels and wash rages. The people next door to us played music until 2 am and banged on the walls while slamming doors. I was also charged twice on my credit card when I payed.

The bed was comfortable and I liked the parking right outside the room. I also liked the location was very close to Boston and Salem.

Lots of trash outside the building. Hard to get to from highway. No tub stopper. Had to ask for and walk to the front desk for toiletries. TV at odd angle, so uncomfortable to watch from bed. Bed VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, I think it was 2 stacked mattresses w/ no box spring. Way overpriced!

It smelled so bad it gave me a migraine the floor in the bathroom was.dirty the sheets where dirty the mattress was in top of a a metal stand that made horrible noises evertime you moved
