The parking situation

Location and the whole esthetic of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable as well. I like the bar too very cool.

There’s no included breakfast

The room was very cutely decorated, clean and perfect size for one person. Bed was very comfy, plus the blackout made for a perfect night’s sleep. Loved that everything in it (curtains, lights) could be controlled with a tablet. The rooftop has a pretty nice view as well.

If someone told us you have to use your key in the elevators -- I know, this should not be hard, but it was for us and we rode around the elevators with others with the same issue.

This location and value cannot be beat. If you don't want a small room or to climb over/around your sleeping mate, this is not the place for you. For the rest of us, it is fabulous. The whole stay was flawless once you figure out the elevators. Fabulous food as well. We walked everywhere and used spot hero to park in an in/out facility next door. Highly recommend!

Room is not big but great comfort makes up for it, bed has one side as it is docked to windows not everyone's thing

Very techy room with iPad controlling everything, nice touches like programmed moods with light and music, very comfy bad and pillow, dryer, safe, awesome shower, luggage stand, pitch black curtains, good location, smiley staff, after a long time finally a hotel getting 9 from me :)

Loved our stay here. It's a very modern hotel with high tech features. I was expecting the room to be quite small & although it is compact, it's a lot larger than expected & offers everything you need. Bed is super comfortable & the location is fantastic. The staff were friendly & I could not fault a thing. Would definitely return!

The mattress was VERY uncomfortable. The bathroom is not a separate room from the bedroom and it’s not so comfortable. Having traveled with a friend I didn’t have any privacy

The fact that there is no parking is definitely a problem. You can use the garage right across the street but it is quite expensive and you cannot go in and out without having to pay again.

The style and ambiance of the hotel was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You couldn’t ask for a better location in Austin.

Bed was a bit firm for my liking, but I did adjust accordingly and everything else was great!

Loved how everything was all automated and how integrated the entire room was. The entire atmosphere throughout the hotel was very fun and up beat. The best part was the blackout blinds were the cherry on top for the entire stay. Super cool experience for me and my girlfriend. Will stay there every time I come to downtown Austin and will recommend it to anyone else that visits.

It was difficult to park, drag your bags into one elevator to go up one floor, then get out, go to another elevator to go up to the micro sized room. Also, the room was so tiny, my football player sized husband struggled to fit, this property is not meant for bigger people.

Although the rooms are smaller than the rooms I'm used too this place was amazing . The king size bed was so comfortable and the room was so cozy. The blackout blinds let me sleep alittle longer without the sun beameing through the window. The IPad is used to control everything in the room and our view was amazing. Location was walking distance to everything We highly recommend and definitely will be staying at Citizenm again.

Rooms are kinda small! Would have liked coffee in room, but got some great coffee down at the bar at very reasonable price.

Since it’s in the downtown and very close to 6th street, there are tons of homeless & weird people around the hotel. So it’s not secure to be outside after dark.

Hotel & rooms were clean and very new. Staff were great and welcoming. It’s located in the middle of everything.
