I never stayed I tried to cancel and ask for my refund but the front desk lady was really disrespectful didn't want to give us our room key gave me a one bed when we booked a two bed and for how dirty I think it was the most disgusting f ING thing I've ever seen I've booked on air bnb truvago and plenty of other places and third party's and this is the first ever time I didn't stay at the location and couldn't be refunded asap after not staying and being very unsatisfied I find it ridiculous that even the booking app can't contact the hotel because supposedly the" emails and phone numbers were deleted" I find this as a joke couldn't even sleep in the Bed I payed for .

It’s a worst hotel I have seen in my life, no cleanliness and so many cockroaches roaming all over the room and to many insects everywhere. Only one lift working and one day it’s stopped working so I took stairs from top floor.

The room was ugly. Dark grey paint in bedroom, dark red in bathroom, both smeared over adjoining walls, floors and ceiling. Toilet and tub very old and poorly caulked. Awful tiles. Couldn’t see if room was clean because the lighting was so dim (a 25 watt bulb in a bathroom is unacceptable). Cigarette smoke coming through vent. Carpet in room was dubious. No wifi in room, only in breakfast area. Noisy highway location. Coffee served in flimsy styrofoam cups and was behind a barrier, so couldn’t access until staff came. We decided to forego the breakfast - it looked awful. Does not appear to be for travellers - instead being used as accommodation for people awaiting housing.

Check-in and check-out. The staff were polite and efficient.

Absolutely the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. blood on blankets sheets and bed protector. Changed rooms and there were roaches and black gross floors. We would have found another hotel but we had been up for 36 hours and were exhausted. AVOID this place.

The poor man working the desk Just kept repeating that it was a policy everywhere. Who knows that? If uts not said on booking .com! Wouldnt holding a cc on file be the same?! He wouldnt take my card and my friend slept in a bus stop for the night. So..... it was a horrible situation .

I want to say...i tried to get ahold of you booking .com ...to cancel...because i tried to put up a friend that was homeless for the evening...he didnt have 100.00 deposit. So he couldnt stay....i tried to pay the 100.00 which i knew nothing about nothinv on the website said 100.00 from the person staying. He never stayed and i lost out on my $$. I will Never book thru a third party again!.

The furniture was chipped, the lamp shade had holes on it. The TV was dim and has a compressed picture. No tissues and no cups. I had to go down to the lobby to request two paper cups. The bathroom was disgustingly filthy. The floor was grimy with filth and the tub had spots of erosion. I’m notifying Ramada Corp offices and the Albany Board of Health with photos I had taken.
