Nicest lady at the front desk even though she had to sit right in front doorway and it was freezing. Beds were very comfy and it was surprisingly quiet being so close to interstate. Btw I stayed here about 40 years ago and not much had changed. Nice room.

It showed a 3 star on Priceline, and it's not! I got bit by bed bugs within 10hrs, and roaches everywhere. I even killed a bed bug and took it to the front desk, and they said they would refund me my booking, but only gave me my deposit back. Horrible management, and staff!

United StatesDaughter stayed in a room with my mother and law. When they checked into the room, her TV was shattered and sheets looked dirty. She came home with bed bug bites ALL OVER HER. Took her to the doctor to confirm and that is what she immediately said they were. There was a crazy guy running around Saturday morning blaming front desk for taking his money and harrassing other guests and children. He was arrested while we were downstairs eating breakfast. We watched it all through the window. We called management for a refund for my mother in laws room and to let them know, but did not receive anything or a call back.

I left a necklace hanging in the bathroom on the shelf when I had checked out I went back later on that day to get it and it was not there no one has seen it the housekeepers don't know where it's at. And this necklace was given to me by someone that has just recently passed away and meant a lot to me it meant a lot to me

Went back to get it and they said they couldn't find it don't know who took it out of the staff that was there or the housekeepers but someone took it. My door didnt lock from the outside.

Very dirty and run down.Filthy worn out carpet.Shabby, tattered worn out furnishings and blood stains on the room curtains.(and really everything else) One broken elevator and the other too decrepit for me to use. My wife refused to stay here. Staff refused to give a refund so we left after only ten minutes on the property.I think the word “ YIKES” would be an accurate description of this dump!

United StatesIt was filthy and essentially a crack house hotel. Booked the room and paid online, got there and walked out. Lost money because no refunds. It was so uncomfortable and so filthy. I didn’t feel safe so I ate the cost and went somewhere else.
Booked this hotel close to where I was for a business trip. There was nothing to like.
