How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Our air conditioning didn’t work. When we complained we were told it was “probably the chiller because of a power outage.” Once I waited in the lobby for a resolution she finally gave us another room because I told her it was almost 90 degrees in our room and we wanted to be loved or refunded. Our new room still had ac that didn’t work. The wallpaper was taped to the walls on the seams. The carpets were dirty. There were candy wrappers and dirt under the chairs in our room. The hotel was not clean. The bathroom was so filthy we didn’t shower there. There was another guest who was given keys to the wrong room, which was already occupied.

The POOL WAS Closed. was put in the wrong room at first. sometimes NO HOT WATER for shower. The AC did not work in our room. The breakfast was HARD and did not taste good. Out of our patio was VERY MILDLY.

They are under construction and there were no signs to tell you where the guest check in desk was. No one cleaned our room and we were there two days. They put us by the pool area and it was loud. They should ask if someone wants to be near that area.

The pool was closed due to construction, it was so loud due to gambling area being connected to the rooms. The beds were so hard and made it so hard to get comfortable.
Lady at front desk was very helpful.

EVERYTHING. Worse stay I have ever had in my life. Never be back. Outdated, don't know where to check in, says pool online get there and no pool because its been down for over 10 months and can't get a refund due to this as I traveled with 4 kids that wanted a pool....lady at the check in counter told my 17 year old, soon to be 18 to not go on the gym equipment because its not safe. Had a pizza delivered and was left at the check in/check out desk and they didn't call to tell us. Rooms need a big makeover. Cable stations PLAYED PORN ON TV!!! Will never go back. Back parking lot had no lights, creepy and dangerous honestly. I could go on but I would be here all day
There was nothing here we liked. It was a horrible stay. False advertising for a pool and was down for 10+ months...horrible

Above.. the fact that the POOL is still closed!! 1 year (seems like) we book this hotel at least twice a year, sometimes more and want to keep coming...
We do love the Complimentary Breakfast but always exact stuff! day in and day out. A variety would be nice! Literally same food choices as when we were here in July.

The biggest problem was there were no elevators so everything had to be carried upstairs. The indoor pool was closed. I requested more linens since there was only one towel one hand towel one washcloth in the bathroom but they were out of washcloth so I was only able to get a hand towel and bath towel. There were no ice machines located on the second floor and the guest laundry on the second floor was also closed. Overall the largest problem was the lack of an elevator.
The breakfast was excellent the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean.
