Thermostats need to be upgraded to be more readable to set room temps. Site access is just a bit hard to locate as it is off the service road of the shopping center.

Breakfast was very nice and served in a nice airy atrium. Did find the key access at a side door a bit wonky as twice using the key at a side door seemed to render it unreadable by my room lock. Large, ample grass area available for walking dogs.

I feel a lot of pressure from staff to check-out asap in check-out day… knocks on the door from Housekeeping and even one call from front desk staff.

Great location, centralized but tucked away. Great views while outside if you look. Cheaper than most hotels in the immediate area and much more value. The indoor pool and layout of the hotel are fun for the family. Breakfast spread is always good. Location: right next to the mall and short driving/walking distance to mostly everything you could want + Target/Chic-fil-a, and Sheetz. Everything. Our room was disgusting and smelled of cigarettes and outside smelled of weed. Imagine explaining that to a 12 year old. When we arrived our greet was horrible and our room beds were not made up. There was used k pods in the coffee machine and our trash cans were outside. There was hair in sausage at the breakfast buffet and the staff just walked away when we asked for clean food. There were women wasted with their boobs hanging out. I could go on and on.

There was only one blanket but two beds and I didn't realize until I woke up freezing and my stuff was all on the other bed. The thermostat in my room was not working and it was a chilly night, they had the AC still blasting through the building in autumn which was a little overkill. FYI it's an open network with browser sign on so it won't be compatible with certain smart devices-my echo device was not compatible. Happy to eat real food (French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, etc) in the morning but it was already warmed over, getting cold by 7am.

The facilities were clean, staff was friendly and the price very competitive. Very convenient location close to highways, train station, commuter bus and downtown shopping. No issues with early check-in and the room was available so I checked in around noon and the front desk didn't make me wait or charge any fees and I had a lot of luggage so that was very considerate. Wifi worked fine with a good signal. Breakfast was cooked by a live person a lot of protein options exceeding expectations.

I was given a key to a room which had been trashed by the prior occupant and was not cleaned. I had a 1/2 hour to get myself cleaned up and out after a long drive. With no time to spare, I changed my clothes in a filthy room (I have photos!) , took my belongings and left to get where I had to be. Totally frustrated and tired. Hotel offered 10% off the bill for the inconvenience - which was an insult especiallty since I"m elegible for an AARP discount which I did not get from Booking. It's doubtful I will ever go to another Clarion or use booking.com. There was obviously no comunication between front desk and housekeeping. Housing keeping staff was very apologetic. But they were busy working.

Absolutely horrible. I had reservations, and paid in advance and the hotel cancelled my reservation at 5:00pm the day of reservation on a holiday weekend. I was traveling to the hotel for about 4 hours and I got a call at 5:00pm when I was about 30 minutes from the hotel and the worker said that my reservation was cancelled because they overbooked. The employee had no care or empathy that my family had no place to stay since all hotels in the area were sold out. Do not trust your reservations at this hotel. You may be sleeping in the car like we may be!!!

Room temperature adjustment didn't work. It was cold and the following night, I found that there were NO blankets available anywhere in the hotel. Toilet paper doesn't stay in the holder - falls on the floor.

Breakfast was pretty good. No meat though. Staff was quite affable.

Rooms smelled like cigars, no elevators, no garbage can in rooms, pool not in-service, breakfast was okay limited and not kept up well.

I was told that the pool was going to be open the whole stay but it never once opened. I had to switch my room because the first room was smelly. The second was a little better. Then the manager was going to refund me for me stay but couldn’t because I booked through a third party site.

Gave this property a 1 rating but it deserves a 0. We’ve stayed at Clarion hotels in the past and they were decent places. This one is evidently being used to house homeless and/or migrants. Everything was dirty. Smelled like a construction site port a john. Outer doors and our room door were broken and wouldn’t close or lock. We didn’t explore the room any further. We requested and received an immediate refund and we went to a different hotel. Online sites and signs should warn people if a property is being used as housing. We won’t ever stay in another Clarion.
