Unclean bathroom, urine on toilet seat, door locks on room were inoperable, smoke alarm was missing in the room Not pleasant I put photos in different categories to include. Also had bed was made incorrectly. Top edge was on the side. To top it off when exiting to our car out rear door on right side of door frame appeared to be smeared blood.

Appeared hotel was a work in progress. Exterior looked like it was newly painted.

Room was filthy. Towels in the bathroom were dirty. The room was advertised as non smoking but it smelled like smoke. The room has burns all over the walls and furniture from cigarette being put out. The room had what appeared to be a huge blood stain on the floor. It was not clean. I would never stay at this hotel again. Sheets were not clean.

They were remodeling the second floor where we were staying. Very old hotel There were people sitting in their cars drinking in the parking lot. We left a nice pair of men’s shoes in the room. Called back and they had not seen? We arrived around 1. We walked in a was greeted with a lady pointing to a sign that said check in at 4. My husband wanted to know if they had any rooms available then. Again a point to the sign and said no exceptions! Everyday our room keys had to be reactivated!

We found use Band-Aid stuck to the sheets, when we pulled the covers back, you could tell the sheets have been slept on, and the Band-Aid was a share tip that had not been changed

Property is run down. Entry doors by elevator were not working … toilet problems … was told at checkout they were aware of the problem and they are in process of remodeling … the grounds are not kept up … Will not stay again.

It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in . Stains all over the hallway . If it wasn’t 3 am , I would have slept in my truck . I had bites in the back of my head after waking up. I didn’t read reviews I cannot even fathom paying $185 / night for this low of quality. The exterior doors did not lock and the parking lot had lighting . Smell of Marijuana was very strong . The continental breakfast area was clean .

The room was sooo musty and humid. So much so that we needed to run the AC super low all day just to be able to stay in it. The carpets were damp and probably from the humid room. Carpets were dark brown and just looked dirty, felt dirty again bc of how musty the room was.

The location was great! We were there for a wedding in Dillard and the hotel was close to the venue.

I couldn't turn off 2 wall lights without nearly removing the bulbs and the sink plunger was stuck down and used water wouldn't drain

Desk chair was ripped on sides of back with padding coming out. Room smelled bad. Desk gave us 2 deodorizers to try to remedy. Towel bar was hanging from wall in bath. Couch was badly stained and internet did not work. At $153 expected decent accommodations.
