Third time staying here - its a perfect location to walk downtown and the price is right! Comfortable room with microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast included.

Horrible WiFi

Comfortable beds, good shower pressure, one girl was super friendly at reception, the other not so much. Close to downtown.

the room a bit noisy because of conditioner. seems like our coffee pack in the room was eaten by animals, and stuff didn't pay too much attention to our questions about that. Low stuff attitude in general.

The hotel has been neglected and looks as if it hasn’t been deep cleaned in a long, long time. Despite reserving a non-smoking room, the room smelled heavily of deordorizer masking tobacco. There was no soap or shampoo. The room lacked a closet and the hairdryer was broken.

The staff were polite, welcoming, and responsive.

The Hosts, Milli & Sai were exceptional, accommodating, and informative with welcoming smiles. The room was updated & clean. It was quiet, peaceful & comfortable. The breakfast included a variety of fresh & delicious items such as eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, cereal, pastries & more.

It would have been nice to have another chair in the room. There wasn't a coffeemaker in the room.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was small but good. The location was great and there were nice restaurants nearby. The bad reviews we read after making our reservation were not what we experienced.

Fitness center was small, but still had two machines that my wife and I could use. Didn't go there for fitness though .

Breakfast was good. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was super warm even with the bitter cold outside. Motel style, not hotel, but zero draft coming from outside. Would definitely come back next year.

Had a very hard time finding it and went past it twice before seeing the sign for it. Small park area that was pretty icey in some places. Breakfast was just ok. The tv was a bit confusing, too, but I found the instructions on how to use it after we figured it out. The room was updated, but the entrance was not so much.

Hallways open to outside elements. Tile floor was extremely slippery with snow on it. Check out is at 11 but at 10:45 had staff banging on door for room key.

The Clarion Pointe Downtown is one of the best spots in town. It's very clean and located right downtown. Very impressed and 100% satisfied

The open space along the walkway/ Hallway. In the spring/ summer it would be an awesome experience but the winter not so much. Nonetheless it is not enough to discourage me from staying there again during the winter months

The decor, the comfort and cleanliness. The location was good as well, just a little over a mile away from my son’s living quarters at the university. The rooms were also very nice.
