Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesMy only complaint would be the thin walls. Thankfully, no one was overly loud but I felt like even in the hallways, you could hear tvs and other people talking in rooms more than normal.
Easy to find location close to the area we needed at a great price. The hotel was clean, including the breakfast area and gym. Check in was quick and the staff was friendly.
